Fitness trainer Senada Greca, the new fitness trainer of Kim Kardashian, is being upfront and honest about her weight with her 4.2 million Instagram followers!
The Zentoa founder posed in a black bikini as she shared her height and weight, letting fans know that she feels strong and confident in her skin, even though it’s above the weight that she would have expected at the start of her fitness journey.

In her latest Instagram post, the fitness trainer warned her followers not to let the number on the scale determine the success of their fitness journey. “Don’t allow the number on the scale to dictate how you feel. You might be missing out on the best version of you for YOU!” she wrote in the caption. “1 year and about 8lbs later now sitting at 138lbs on my 5 feet, 5.5 inches frame.”
“There would have been a time I would have freaked out being over 130lbs… Now, at 138 lbs, I honestly feel at my very best. I feel solid, strong, and comfortable,” she said, adding that a few things have changed in that time. For starters, she is now eating slightly above maintenance and makes sure that she hits all of her macros, which are different for every individual.

She also changed her workout from four lower body days a week to three. Now she also adds in one or two ab days per week and upper body days but does take days off as needed. She does one full-body workout per week and has one active rest day, where she usually incorporates some abs. Since she already does one or two ab workouts per week, she counts that as one to two rest days per week.
When she is working out, she also works on strengthening her mind-muscle connection. “I can not stress enough focusing and being present with your movements and working muscles,” she wrote, while also reminding her followers that it’s important to lift challenging weights while never compromising on form.

Fans absolutely loved her latest video showing off her body from all angles. “1. You’re awesome. 2. You’re beautiful. 3. Let’s talk about the smooth skin. Do you professionally wax everything? Your skin is so perfect and glossy,” one fan commented. Senada replied, “You’re so kind. Thank you. I don’t… but I moisturize well and typically add a drop of coconut oil to my moisturizer.”
“You are body goals. 138 lbs of pure muscle. I would not mind it either!!” another follower gushed. “Phenomenal work,” a third fan chimed in. “My ultimate girl crush!! You’re killing this and look absolutely gorgeous,” another follower shared.

“Amazing… May I ask and no offense please but do you use any high-performance supplements like steroids or any other supplements? Besides whey protein what else do you use if anything…” another follower commented. Senada replied, “No offense taken my lovely. Many people (and understandably so) don’t know the difference between a natural physique and one that takes steroids or is unnaturally accomplished.”
“I am 100% natural. Never have I or will I ever touch that stuff. I eat well and I put in the HARD work,” she continued. “I take a multivitamin. A fish oil and though I’m not plant-based, I favor plant-based protein powders.”

Another follower asked, “So just to get it right: out of 7 days it’s 3 days lower body, 2 days upper body+abs, 1-day full body, 1 day rest with abs circuit?” Senada replied, “Yes. But at times, if I feel the need for it, I take an additional rest day and usually sacrifice an upper body day.”
