Celebrity fitness trainer Senada Greca is showing her followers some great exercises to get a stronger core.

The Zentoa founder usually incorporates at least one ab day into her weekly routine and fans can see why! After adding weights for added resistance, Senada shares an ab workout that will leave abs on fire for days!

In one of her latest Instagram posts, the popular fitness trainer grabbed her puppy and two dumbbells as she headed outside for a workout in her two-piece bathing suit that was from her very own Zentoa swimwear collection.

“Abs Workout Sunday - aka active rest day - while taking rest days is a great way to recover, I believe it to be ideal to keep the body moving daily,” she wrote in the caption. “Make sure to save and crush this one and share it with your bestie.” Each slide of her post contained a new ab exercise demonstration, from cross-body weighed reaches to supported pike ups.

Fans absolutely loved her workout. “Will be doing this one today!” one fan exclaimed. “Great core workout and I love the obliques move,” another follower shared. “Your core workouts never disappoint,” a third fan chimed in. “Looks like a fun ab day,” another follower shared.

Other fans took the time to comment on her pup and her shredded physique. “The dog isn’t working hard enough,” one fan teased. “This girl has muscles on her toes!!!” another follower exclaimed. “Witnessing your body, alignment, and strength in motion… it literally takes my breath away. Thank you for the inspiring workouts,” a third fan gushed while another follower praised her “killer body.”

Senada Greca Works Her Legs Three Times A Week!

While some people only incorporate leg day once or twice a week in their routine, Senada revealed that she works her legs three times a week. She hit the gym to lift some serious weight in another Instagram video that featured her performing landmine goblet squats, glute-focused back extensions, and walking curtsy lunges. In the description of the post, she explained how long she does each exercise for.

“Walking curtsy?!! Amazing!” one fan commented. “Such an amazing exercise,” Senada agreed. “I train lower body 3x week using your gym 20. Lower focus. Most days my legs /bum are toast,” another follower shared. “You need to wear a Wonder Woman costume at all times. You are incredible,” a third fan chimed in while another follower called her “too cool.”

Senada Also Has Incredible Full Body Workouts!

In addition to her ab, upper body, and leg day workouts, Senada also shares full-body workouts designed to work the whole body in one day. In the caption, she wrote, “These are my go-to full-body cardio sessions. So many goodies on this workout. I can’t wait for the full-body days and hope you like them just as much as I do.”

Even though she is doing a cardio session, fans can see that she is still lifting some incredibly heavy weight as she works out in her socks. She performs exercises like dumbbell squat swings, chest flies with a pike up, and renegade rows with a push-up to work her entire body.

“’ll be honest, I don’t understand the 1st exercise at all, you squat before you really swing the weight very far, and you stand again before lifting the weight with your legs… it is neither a kettlebell swing nor a deadlift or a squat… where do you feel this working?” one fan asked. Senada replied, “It’s a full-body exercise. Your core is working to stabilize, your legs and glutes are working as well as your back, shoulders, and arms.”

Another follower asked, “Do you do all 4 sets of each exercise before moving to the next or do you do each exercise for 8-12 reps and then repeat for 4 rounds?” Senada replied, “I perform this as a circuit. So 1 set of each exercise (repeat on both sides if applicable) then onto the next exercise and so on, then repeat the whole circuit 4 times. Hope this helps.”

A third fan asked, “Is this an actual workout for you or is this just a snapshot and you do more?” Senada replied, “This is an actual workout I do 1 time a week in a circuit format.”
