In one of her latest Instagram posts, Senada donned a sports bra and black sweats as she whipped up a delicious batch of protein banana chocolate bark in the kitchen. After squishing down slices of banana between two pieces of parchment paper, she combined chocolate protein powder and milk and spread it over the banana layer.

She then melted dark chocolate with a little bit of coconut oil and melted that in the microwave while she sprinkled chopped walnuts over the protein powder layer. Once the chocolate was done melting, she poured it over the top and made sure to lick the spoon when she was done.

After another sprinkling of walnuts, she put it in the freezer for about an hour to set. When she was done, she took it out and enjoyed a bite. She didn’t say how many servings it made, but it looks like it might disappear in one go!

“Protein Banana Chocolate Bark - super easy to make and incredibly delicious. No sugar added or needed, This is a must-try! So so good,” she wrote in the caption. “Place in freezer till it sets. This won’t need to thaw. You’ll be able to eat right away.”

As for the ingredients, Senada wrote:

1. 2 ripe bananas

2. 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder mixed with 1/2 cup almond milk (I used unsweetened vanilla)

3. Melt dark chocolate, 75g (I used unsweetened, 100% cacao) with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil

4. Chop up walnuts and drizzle on top

“Let your abs breathe…” a third netizen commented. “I am breathing normally. Lol,” Senada replied. However, many fans agreed that it looked like Senada was “sucked in” during the video. “I thought the same thing. She’s moving so awkwardly like trying to pose while also being ‘nonchalant’ and looking uncomfortable. I mean she has a great body she can relax!” another follower chimed in.

“I made this last night and it’s amazing! My kids love it too!” another fan shared, getting back to the recipe. “I instantly thought it looked so kid-friendly!!” another follower exclaimed.

“How do you calculate de macros for this?” another fan asked. “You could literally type in every ingredient into Google and do the math,” another follower suggested. “Add everything together and eat half of it,” another user suggested. “Just know it’s a ton of carbs,” another netizen pointed out.

“Too bad I don’t like bananas. What can you substitute it with?” another netizen asked. “Most soft fruit. Berries, for example," Senada replied.

“Could you use honey to balance the bitterness of the cocoa?” another user asked. “The banana does a great job at that, believe it or not. My partner hates the bitter taste and he loves this recipe so much but you can do that for additional sweetness,” Senada responded.
