Earlier this week, the Zentoa founder took to Instagram to share a video version of her latest recipe. In the video, she slices two apples and then cores them to make that classic donut shape. After mixing protein powder in milk, she dips in the apple cores and lays them out on a baking sheet. She melts dark chocolate with coconut oil in order to create a drizzle and then freezes them for about an hour until they are set.

“Protein Chocolate Covered Apple “Donuts” - No Bake, DELICIOUS, super easy to make and you can eat the whole tray guilt-free,” she wrote in the caption. “I outdid myself with this one! WOWWWW! MUST TRY!” She also wrote out the instructions for her recipe:

Fans Love Senada's Creative New Recipe!

Although some fans gushed over her recipe video with compliments of "yummy" and "delicious," other followers were more impressed by her toned abs and fit physique! I hit my protein daily."

"I honestly have gained a bit, on purpose, but I work out hard too to gain that mass in muscle. I’m very consistent with my workouts, I challenge myself and I try and do my best to consume the calories I need a day," Senada replied. "These desserts are delicious but they’re also packed with protein and lower in carbs so while I will eat typical desserts I do my best to sub with healthier options. A misconception is that we need to bulk and cut. I think that creates a yo-yo effect. I find it healthier and more sustainable to slowly add or lose if needed to achieve whatever goal you’re working towards. Hope this helps."

Other followers said that they would try this recipe because they’ve had success with some of Senada’s recipes in the past. “Saved!!! I tried yesterday for the second time the Mediterranean pasta you shared once. Will try this someday soon,” one fan commented. “The Mediterranean pasta is so good lol. I’ve also made it multiple times,” another follower shared. “Love love love hearing this, beauties,” Senada replied with a prayer hands emoji.

Other fans shared their own substitutions for the recipe. “I made these but didn’t have any almond milk. So instead, I mixed Greek yogurt and peanut butter protein powder. I melted Lily’s sugar-free chocolate with coconut oil for the drizzle. They were delish!” one fan commented. “This actually sounds better. I think I’m trying your version!” another follower replied.

While other fans asked Senada what protein powder she uses, the entrepreneur replied, “Working on it” along with a “shh” emoji. Considering she started her own swimwear and activewear line - Zentoa - fans aren't surprised to see that she is creating her own brand of protein powder as well!
