Fitness trainer Senada Greca has another delicious recipe to share with her 4.4 million Instagram followers!
The celebrity fitness trainer welcomes all food groups, including carbs! She recently shared a recipe for a pizza that is not only full of carbs and healthy fats but plenty of protein as well!
Celebrity Fitness Trainer Senada Greca Shares Her Recipe For Gluten-Free Protein-Packed Pizza!
In one of her latest Instagram posts, the Zentoa founder shared her recipe for protein-packed pizza. In the video, she leads her followers from clip to clip as she makes the crust, prepares the sauce, prepares her toppings, and enjoys a slice!
“Protein Pizza- 27 grams of protein, easy, delicious, gluten-free, healthy individual pizza,” she wrote in the caption. “You can make this vegan if you sub out the egg for flax seed meal and use non-dairy cheese.”
“Did you know 1 medium Cauliflower has about 11 grams of protein?” she asked. “First time making this and I will be making this over and over. So easy and delicious. This was super simple but you can get creative with those toppings clean up, wash, add salt, and boil till soft about 1/2 of a cauliflower.”
“You can tell if cooked just right when a fork goes in super easy but the cauliflower is still intact and not too mushy,” she revealed.
“While cauliflower boils make the tomato sauce: 2 medium tomatoes; 3 garlic cloves; a sprinkle of salt; basil; and olive oil.
After setting the sauce aside, fans can make the cauliflower dough. “Once cauliflower boils, strain well and squeeze out excess water,” she instructs before telling her followers to add one egg and mash and mix really well.
She then drizzles extra virgin olive oil on a pan and layers the cauliflower dough tightly on the pan. Senada then adds some sauce and refrigerates the remainder for later.
Senada notes that she added whole milk ricotta on top of the pizza but noted that fans can add whatever kind of toppings that they want to on their own pizzas.
She bakes her pizza at 400⁰F or until the sides are brown, which usually takes around 20 to 30 minutes.

“If you don’t mind me asking, and your body looks entirely glowy like it’s just glowing from within, but do you do anything cosmetically to your face or is this just your normal glow from continuous, healthy exercise and nutrition habits?” one fan asked.
Senada replied, “I moisturize well my face and body after washing. On my body, I like to utilize oils such as jojoba, olive oil, and coconut oil. On my face I like to keep a routine that’s not drying and I hydrate with a good cream. Also, I switched my foundation to Dior and it gives that dewy look.”
“I was surprised you didn’t dry out the cauliflower beforehand – that was my constant in the past doing this – did it dry out enough in the oven to keep the shell formation?” another follower asked. “I did dry it but it definitely needs more drying, but I couldn’t wait,” Senada answered.
“What if you use frozen cauliflower rice? Will that work?” another fan asked. “Yes. That will work. Make sure to strain it and let it dry,” Senada replied.
“Looks amazing. I suggest you bake the crust first then add the toppings and bake them again for a harder/crispier crust,” another follower suggested. “Good idea,” Senada responded.

“You can probably add cottage cheese to the sauce and increase the protein count,” another follower speculated. “Yes. I added cottage cheese on top but you can add it to the sauce too,” Senada responded.
