Fitness trainer Senada Greca has been currently training reality star Kim Kardashian since January.

The Zentoa founder has since gained over 4.4 million Instagram followers as she continues to share her healthy lifestyle with the world. In addition to her workout videos, Senada also shares plenty of healthy recipes with her followers to help them reach their health goals... and yes, that includes dessert!

In one of her latest Instagram videos, Senada and her pet pooch shared a video that featured her making a protein-packed chocolate cherry ice cream pie. In the video, she layers yogurt into a pan before making a mix of almond milk and chocolate protein powder in a separate bowl. She then spreads it on top and swirls it around to create a marble effect before she tops it with cherries.

After throwing a cherry up in the air and catching it with her mouth, she puts it in the freezer to set. After it’s solid, Senada picks up the whole thing and takes a massive bite! Of course, her fans can also use a fork and knife to cut it into more manageable pieces to fit their macros.

In the caption, Senada wrote, “Protein Chocolate Cherry Ice Cream Pie - this was too good. Must make this so Save and Share. Another super easy recipe that blew me away. I love frozen cherries, but you can’t go wrong with any other fruit or toppings. This recipe will be added to my meal plans, Iink in BIO, where you’ll find all my recipes.” She also laid out her instructions:

- layer 16oz of yogurt in a container
- mix 1 cup of almond milk, I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- with 4 scoops of chocolate protein powder. *you might have to use less or more just ensure you create a similar consistency
- layer on top of yogurt
- add frozen or fresh cherries
- Enjoy right away or place in freezer till set, about 2-3 hours.
- if too frozen, let thaw for about 10 minutes

Although most fans loved her recipe, there were a few people who had questions about the healthiness of using chocolate protein powder and yogurt. “Why not switch to a plant-based yogurt instead? There are so many great options out there. Dairy is becoming a thing of the past,” one follower commented. Senada did not reply to the comment, although it did spark a lengthy debate about the healthiness, or unhealthiness, of consuming dairy, with different users citing conflicting studies in order to prove their own perspective.

Senada did reply to one fan who commented, “I got to ask how do you get the frozen yogurt out of the container. I've tried making them and they always stick. And I can't break them apart.” Senada replied, “It comes out super easy from a Pyrex container. Or you can use wax paper to line your container.” Fans can watch the full video tutorial below:

Senada Puts In The Work To Get Real Results!

Although some users have accused Senada of using steroids to get her fit physique, she compiled a video of some of her strongest moments working out in the gym and outdoors in order to prove that she really does put in the hard work in order to achieve her muscular physique.

“Unpopular opinion: Hard work yields results. You just have to be willing to put in the work. Not just for a day, a week, or a month. But years! Day in and day out! On the best of days and on the worst of days!” she wrote in the caption.

“Can you share what supplements you take except protein powder? Maybe not steroids but there has to be some sort of “enhancements”?! Do you take creatine daily?” one fan asked. “I don’t take even creatine. And have never,” Senada replied.

“Not because I’m against it, but I just haven’t felt the need for it. I prefer maximizing my own potential. But, as I said, not against creatine. And will consider taking it in the future,” She added. “Besides protein powder to supplement if I need it, I take a multivitamin and fish oil. That’s it.”

Another follower asked, “How often and for how long do you work out?” Senada replied, “Around 6 days a week for 1-1.5 hours a day.” It’s clear that Senada puts in the time and energy to make sure her body is the best that it can be! Fans can check out the video below to see Senada in action!
