Britney Spears’ boyfriend, Sam Asghari, might have just posted and deleted a picture of an engagement ring for the pop princess, but he claims the account got hacked!
According to multiple reports, Asghari’s Instagram account just posted what appears to be a brand new engagement ring, held by a jeweler’s tool to show off its massive diamond. In the photo, the word “lioness” appears, something he calls the ‘Toxic’ singer as a nickname.
Of course, unless you have been living under a rock — you know that Sam was spotted inside a Los Angeles Cartier store shopping for engagement rings. SO, many social media followers believe this might have been the big reveal of what he purchased.

As always, a few internet sleuths downloaded the photos and many are going nuts on the internet over the possible engagement. The problem is…a short time later Asghari posted an image on IG which read, “Account got hacked and was photoshopped – calm down everyone!” In other words, the ring pics are fake — and he didn’t ask the pop star to marry him.
Now, fans are going even crazier over the notion that he hasn’t asked her yet, and they are pressing him to do so in the near future. Oh man, the pressure!
As we reported, Britney Spears is under conservatorship and can’t get married even if she wants to. She spoke up during a recent hearing and said that she was not only be held against her will of not being married but isn’t allowed to have children. At the time, she made it seem like she was being forced to take birth control. Fans are hoping with the end of the case looming near, Sam might muster up the courage to ask Britney to marry him! Again, what pressure!

At this point, many are taking both sides and considering that Sam might have posted the picture on purpose to start the ball roaming on purpose. It wouldn’t be the first time a celebrity posted a picture then deleted it. But, if he is telling the truth, the family might have a much bigger problem on their hands — someone hacking into Sam’s phone.
The problem is that Sam might have highly sensitive information in his phone concerning Britney Spears. That information might include photographs and videos that Spears’ team does not want to get released.
Fans are flooding social media with reactions to the story, including one who said, “He said it was hacked..really? With the words lioness? It’s def Brits engagement ring lol but maybe he wasn’t ready to post it??” Another added, “third time’s a charm, baby!”
Britney Spears NOT Allowed To Get Married Under The Conservatorship
Interestingly, the ring post comes just hours after the story broke that Britney is asking for her current conservator — Jodi Montgomery — to stay working on her team after the conservatorship is dismissed. The job would continue to entail working with her doctors and helping to manage her house staff.
In other words, now is a perfect time…to get ENGAGED!!!
