Britney Spears Reportedly Planning To Sell The House She JUST Bought

Singer Britney Spears married Iranian actor Sam Asghari in June and bought a new mansion soon after, one that resided in the same neighborhood as her ex-husband, Kevin Federline.

At the time, The Blast reported that K-Fed was actually “surprised” that she had decided to move closer to him and had not notified him of the purchase beforehand. Moving trucks had been spotted in the driveway, leading many to believe that Britney was all set to move into her new dwelling.

The 11,650-square-foot mansion in Calabasas boasted a huge kitchen, a home movie theater, and even a room dedicated to gift wrapping. The large home sat on 1.6 acres of land and also included a huge pool with a waterslide. Back in September, Britney had posed topless beside the pool and talked about the “shock” of waking up in a new house each morning in a deleted Instagram post.

It seems she might have decided that the changes were too much to deal with, as sources have now revealed that Britney plans to sell off her new house this year and stay right where she is.

It’s a new year, but it looks like the “Hold Me Closer” singer isn’t looking for a new place to live. Sources told TMZ that the 41-year-old pop star plans to sell her new house later this year and try to make back the $11.8 million she paid for it last June.

In 2015, Britney bought a Thousand Oaks mansion for $7.5 million, which is where she had been living in the final years of her conservatorship. Fans thought that Britney would be ready to move to a new house, but it seems Britney is content to stay right where she is.

Fans were first concerned that something might be amiss with Britney’s new house while watching her Instagram videos. In the summer, Britney shared dancing videos from the living room that showed her furniture all packed up in boxes behind her. Later on, the furniture had been put back where it was, speculating that Britney was posting old videos.

As it turns out, it looks like Britney has just gotten too attached to her iconic living room, which is now pretty recognizable to fans throughout social media. There was even a filter made of Britney’s living room on TikTok so users could make their own dancing videos, Britney style.

At this time, it doesn’t seem like Britney has actually put her new market on the mansion just yet, but sources say she plans to do it this year. It’s also unclear if Britney plans to look for a new house or if she’s happy to stay right where she is.

She seems to be enjoying her frequent vacations to Hawaii and Mexico, so it’s possible she might move out there.

Over the last few weeks, fans have been increasingly worried about Britney Spears. She has been posting, deleting, and then reposting photos and videos, most of which are NSFW in nature. She also posted strange captions that don’t make sense to fans, such as one cryptic message that said she was changing her name.

In another recent post, the “Oops!...I Did It Again” singer posted a video on her private plane and said that she was headed to New York City. However, fans were concerned when the paparazzi didn’t snap any shots of the singer.

As it turns out, sources told TMZ that Britney only told people that she was heading to New York City to throw people off. Instead, she and her husband actually headed off to Mexico for her vacation. The videos that she keeps sharing that feature her taking a shower underneath a narrow stream of water are all reported to be filmed in Mexico.

But, as for why Britney keeps posting and deleting the same Instagram videos and photos, fans can't be too sure. It seems Britney has decided to stop posting NSFW shots for now, as most of her recent photos have all featured just her head in the shot.
