Britney Spears Gets WILD On Her Trip To New York City!

Singer Britney Spears and her husband Sam Asghari are taking a trip to New York City!

The 41-year-old pop star, who celebrated her birthday on Friday, December 2 with more topless beach snaps, took to the skies on Monday night and shared a 30-second clip on Instagram that featured her going a little bit stir-crazy on her private plane. Take a look!

On Monday, December 12, the “Oops!... I Did It Again” singer posted a 31-second video clip set to the tune of The Outfield’s hit song, “Your Love.” Although the video does include Britney embracing and receiving a smooch from the Iranian actor, it also includes Britney covering her eyes with aviator sunglasses and making funny faces at the camera.

She also spends a considerable amount of time in the video standing in front of the camera in a white blouse with puffy sleeves. She shifts her hips from side to side as she tugs down her plaid miniskirt with both hands, as she usually does in most of her “fashion forward” videos. In one part of the video, she holds up a green apple in front of her forehead. This clip is repeated three times, although it’s unclear why.

Still, it looks like Britney at least plans to take a nap on her trip from Los Angeles to New York City, given the white bed set up behind her. At one point in the video, Britney jumps backward on the bed while still wearing her aviator sunglasses. She pulls her knees up into her chest, revealing knee-high red boots with a silver buckle.

Although the “Toxic” singer is known for her lengthy captions, she kept this one pretty short. Britney wrote, “New York City here I come !!! How about them apples ??????? ???” Fans in the Big Apple were quick to spread the news in hopes of spotting Britney out along NYC streets. “New York people! You have a job to do! Tell us if you stumble upon Britney,” one user wrote.

“Now we know there’s paparazzi in NYC correct? So if she’s really on her way there, one would assume someone would get a live shot of the two of them somewhere in the city or whichever hotel,” another user added.

Although it seems off for her fans to be encouraging paparazzi to catch footage of Britney, fans have been pretty worried about her. Lately, Britney has been reposting old photos and videos without sharing any new content.

Although her stifling 13-year conservatorship was officially struck down last November, it has led many to wonder if Britney is not as “free” as she claims to be.

Still, that isn’t the only problem that fans have with Britney’s Instagram account. Many fans don’t really like the way that she keeps tugging down her pants and skirts in pretty much every fashion video she posts.

Britney has never really explained why she does it and plenty of fans have encouraged her to stop, to no avail. “Does it make anyone else cringe with the pull all of her bottom clothing down, constantly. What is this??” one follower asked.

“Yeah, me. I don’t know what it’s all about but it really bugs me,” another user replied. “It’s the era she’s from,” another follower noted, explaining that they used to do it themselves in the late 1990s and early 2000s. “She's stuck in the early 2000s and that's what was hot then,” another user added.

Other fans think that Britney isn’t actually on a plane at all. Instead, they think that some of the shots with Sam are taken from footage she posted earlier this year on her trip to Maui. “Why does the initial clip on the plane look like a green screen? Really don’t want to be a conspiracy theorist but wth? The whole thing is weird,” one user commented.

Another user wrote, “This is the worst green screen I’ve ever seen.” Another follower offered, “Well hopefully if she really is in NYC people will see her?” It’s unclear why the “Break The Ice” singer is headed to the Big Apple. It could be that she’s headed there for the holiday season or maybe she wants to check on the new Britney Spears musical coming to Broadway in 2023.
