Bindi Irwin's Husband Chandler Powell Completed Crocodile Training At Australia Zoo

Chandler Powell recently completed crocodile training, and his wife, Bindi Irwin, is celebrating his accomplishment by sharing the exciting news on social media.

"Chandler has been putting in the hard yards for many, many years to get to what's known as level eight training competency," Bindi's brother, Robert Irwin said in the video shared on Bindi's Instagram page. "Have a look at Chandler's amazing passion, dedication, and expertise with crocodiles."

A video with clips of Powell working with some crocodiles was then shown, and at the end of the video, a shot of Chandler as a young child. "Chandler, you are now signed off for crocodiles at Australia Zoo," Robert said as Chandler received a certificate. "We love you so much and we're so proud of you mate."

Bindi's post is captioned, "Beyond proud of you, @chandlerpowell for completing your crocodile training! This is an enormous achievement. You’ve worked incredibly hard and you are now signed off with every croc here at #AustraliaZoo," the caption begins. "You are inspiring others to respect and appreciate #crocodiles which is tremendously important. These modern day dinosaurs mean the world to us. ?"

Powell added his thoughts to the comment section of the post saying, "Thank you for everything ❤️ Love our crocs and teaching others to love them too." Many fans also added positive comments and well wishes for his big accomplishment. "Brilliant Carrying On Steve's Legacy ?," one follower wrote. Another added, "Congrats!! So amazing! Love your sweet family ❤️." One follower commented on Powell's baby photo that ended the video writing, "Grace looks like like chandler as a baby!!"

Powell often shares photos and videos from the Australia Zoo and the work he does there with the family. He recently shared a photo of him, Bindi and a huge tortoise named Jarvis on Instagram captioned, "Best job in the world with the most incredible woman in the world. Also, Jarvis looks at hibiscus the same way I look at a donut?"

Powell also recently praised his wife in the caption of a photo of the two of them with some resident zoo animals. "Feeling grateful for this strong mama next to me. She faces every new day with unwavering grace and confidence. I love you so much, @bindisueirwin," the caption reads.

While many people had the chance to watch Bindi and her brother Robert grow up thanks to their late father, Steve Irwin the "Crocodile Hunter" and mom Terri, Bindi and Chandler's daughter Grace is now in the spotlight. She's often seen on her parent's social media pages in photos and videos of her time at Australia Zoo. Bindi recently shared a video of different clips from 2022. "2 0 2 2 • Our twelve months of this year…" the caption reads.

Many fans dropped into the comment section to leave their thoughts on how fast Grace is growing up right before everyone's eyes. "She has grown so much in just a year! ???" one fan wrote.
