Rapper Lil' Baby SLAMS Celebrity Jeweler For Selling Him A $400K 'Fake' Watch

Rapper Lil' Baby is fuming on social media just days after he was called out for wearing a "fake" $400,000 Patek Philippe watch, and now he is coming after the jeweler.

The 'Drip Too Hard' rapper took to Instagram showing off video of another set of real diamond watches and rings -- but, his caption was a stern warning to anyone who might consider ripping off the musician.

"Now (Rafaello And Company) y’all Kno better than to sell ME of all people a FAKE Or anything that could be called a FAKE! I stand on my name the same way y’all should! Ain’t no such thing as a mistake when that money is involved!!" Baby captioned the video. 

He continued, "Don’t Fuccin Play Wit me Cause when I’m on that I’m on that."

Now, it should be noted Rafaello & Co. is a world-renowned celebrity jeweler, and it's unclear if the watch in question is actually a fake. Several days ago, a picture of Lil' Baby wearing a gold Patek Philippe watch surfaced online with commentary from an Instagram account that looks out for fake watches. In this case, they pointed out that the one Baby is wearing is actually a fake.

Even if the watch wasn't a fake, the rapper is not pleased with the fact that he is being called out by anyone online for having fake jewelry -- whether he does or not. In the end, he hashtagged the post "dontplaywitbaby."

Rapper 'YG' jumped into the comments and doubled down on the statement simply saying, "4 GANG!" Ya, this isn't good.

Lil' Durk added, "Exactlyyyyyy"

As we said, Rafaello and Co. have been in the celebrity business a long time and have previously sold high-end bling to artists like Travis Scott, A$AP Ferg, and J Balvin.

Incredibly, the company took full responsibility for the mistake and admitted they sold the rapper a fake watch. "We do stand on our name just like he does that’s why today he got those four rings for free and his money back because we didn’t do our homework on the watch and we take full responsibility for that,” they said. On IG, Baby is sporting the four rings which are MASSIVE diamonds.

They continued, “But it didn’t happen intentionally and he knows that for a fact.”

After the fact, the rapper used the situation to press the watch manufacturer the allow him into the exclusive club of members being able to purchase these items as they come out. "See this is why I need to be on the list!!! Aftermarket jewelers going to make me do something I shouldn’t be doing,” he wrote.

In the end, Lil' Baby got his money back and a free set of diamond rings -- that are cooler than the watch!! Win, Win?!

It's unclear if the rapper will continue doing business with the jeweler.
