Kylie Jenner is facing fresh legal trouble after a former employee filed a shocking new lawsuit.
The new court battle comes from a private chef who claims long hours, missed breaks, and labor violations led to a miscarriage.
As the allegations make headlines, Kylie Jenner now finds herself confronting renewed scrutiny over how workers connected to her businesses say they were treated.
Kylie Jenner Accused Of Ignoring Pregnancy Concerns In New Lawsuit

Less than two months after two former housekeepers sued Jenner, the reality star is facing a third workplace lawsuit. A former private chef reportedly claims she was forced to work exhausting 11- to 12-hour shifts despite repeatedly informing supervisors about her high-risk pregnancy.
On New Year’s Eve, 2024, the chef claims she was given such a heavy load of food items that she had to lift them, and she became dizzy and could not breathe.
Weeks later, while five months pregnant, she claims she received no support at Jenner’s child’s birthday party in Palm Springs and broke down from exhaustion.
The lawsuit claims the chef was severely hemorrhaged the next morning, and she later found out that she had lost her unborn child. She also alleges that she was held responsible for problems at work after notifying supervisors of her miscarriage.
The disgruntled ex-staff is suing for pregnancy discrimination, labor violation, wrongful termination of employment, and emotional distress, per the Los Angeles Times.
Alleged Insensitive Remark Sparks Fresh Backlash

The former chef claimed the emotional toll did not end with the miscarriage. According to the lawsuit, after informing her supervisors about losing the pregnancy, she was allegedly met with an unexpected response instead of compassion.
She claims a supervisor told her, “Stop it, just stop it. You are upsetting Jenner. You are making her depressed.” She argues the remark came while she was still grieving the loss and has included it as part of her wider workplace complaint.
The filing marks the third lawsuit Jenner has faced from former household staff in recent months; however, Jenner has not publicly addressed the allegations.
Kylie Jenner’s Former Housekeeper Described A Toxic Workplace

The former housekeeper, Angelica Vasquez, who filed the lawsuit, made similar claims as The Blast reported in April, alleging a hostile work environment in Jenner’s home. The complaint named Jenner as a defendant, but primarily alleged that supervisors within her house were responsible.
In 2024, Vasquez transferred to Jenner’s Hidden Hills home and alleged that she was bullied. She claimed she was called names for being Salvadoran and Catholic, was given the toughest jobs, was rejected by colleagues, and at one incident had hangers thrown at her.
The former employee said the alleged mistreatment left her emotionally traumatized and suffering symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder before she resigned. She is seeking damages, although sources familiar with the situation disputed her claims.
Workplace Complaints Continue To Mount

Vasquez also alleged Jenner failed to intervene despite being named as a defendant in the lawsuit. The former housekeeper argued the reality star should have done more to address the alleged discrimination, harassment, and workplace issues inside her household.
Sources close to the situation disputed the allegations, saying Vasquez was a junior employee who had attendance and workplace problems. They also challenged allegations that Jenner was aware the alleged mistreatment was going on.
The lawsuit surfaced while Jenner was enjoying Coachella and added to growing scrutiny over how staff members say they were treated. It also contrasted with praise from former assistant Victoria Villarroel, who credited Jenner with supporting her career growth.
Kylie Jenner’s Lawsuit Adds To A Familiar Pattern

Jenner’s most recent legal battle occurred in the wake of comparable conflicts in the workplace experienced by other members of her iconic family.
As previously reported by The Blast, lawsuits against Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Kris Jenner for allegedly failing to pay wages to former household servants, as well as discrimination and workplace misconduct, have been reported.
The lawsuits have brought many accusations from former employees to light, though the Kardashians have denied various allegations. Other disagreements were either settled or thrown out, and others continue to be a part of the family’s long-standing litigious history.
Multiple former employees have now sued Kylie Jenner in recent months, bringing attention to the treatment of employees behind the scenes. Will these fresh accusations ultimately raise questions about the working environment in the Kardashian-Jenner family?
