“The Kardashians” are no strangers to lawsuits, and Kylie Jenner‘s sudden dual battle is an echo from the past.
From divorces to business battles, down to their private homes, the rule of law has been explored to a great extent. Over the years, members of staff for the high-status family members have voiced out complaints about mistreatment at work, unpaid wages, and more.
Recently, “The Kardashians” star Kylie Jenner has been named in not one but two different lawsuits from ex-housekeepers who cry out about alleged poor treatment during their years of service.
Kylie Jenner Joins ‘The Kardashians’ In The Housekeeper Drama Spree

The youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner siblings is being sued by a second ex-housekeeper on claims that she was being mistreated by staff members while she worked in the reality TV star’s home.
The woman, whose name has been revealed as Juana Delgado Soto, filed a lawsuit against Jenner in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday, April 29.
According to the court documents, Soto named Jenner in the suit because she allegedly begged the model for help while she suffered abuse from other staff members, but received no response.
The ex-housekeeper claims that she started working for Jenner in May 2019, as per the legal documents obtained by Page Six, and it was already a rough patch from the beginning. She claims that for the first few years, she was not allowed to have meals and rest breaks.
She also suffered some form of discrimination from Itzel Sibrian, who became her direct supervisor in 2023. Sibrian, whom Soto is also suing, allegedly mocked her foreign accent and perceived immigration status, and also called her stupid.
After complaining to HR, he was removed temporarily, but his hourly wages were cut by over $5 upon his reinstatement. He also denied her request to get time off to celebrate her birthday.
Kylie’s Housing Supervisors Allegedly Mistreated Other Staff

Soto names two of the housing supervisors in her lawsuit, Patsy and Elsy, for the bulk of the mistreatment and alleged abuse. She claims that they denied her request in March 2025 to grieve her brother’s sudden death and did not allow her to attend his funeral.
In another part of the lawsuit, she stated that they did not allow her to drink water at the house, telling the ex-housekeeper that she was not allowed to “drink Kylie’s water.” Soto claims she detailed the mistreatment in a letter which she left on Jenner’s bed, only to be threatened with being fired, more inhumane treatment, and emotional distress till she quit her job in August.
The Blast reports that Soto’s suit comes after the business mogul was named in a lawsuit by a different former housekeeper identified as Angelica Vasquez. The first lawsuit does not connect direct dots to Jenner but to the same workers, Elsy and Pasty.
Vasquez accused the duo of making her life a living hell, alleging that she was “treated with hostility and exclusion” as soon as she arrived in September 2024. She also cited, as per court docs, that she was mocked for her race and religion as a Catholic. Both Soto and Vasquez are suing for punitive and compensatory damages for emotional distress, discrimination, and more.
Kim Kardashian Leads The Pack With Seven Disgruntled Housekeepers

In 2021, Kim was dragged to court by seven of her domestic workers who alleged that she failed to pay overtime wages, cover expenses, and provide legally mandated breaks to them for cleaning and maintaining her California home.
The seven plaintiffs did not specify the amount they were suing for, as reported by NBC News, but stated in their filing that “the matter in controversy, exclusive of interest, exceeds $25,000.” They also claimed that the mom of four withheld 10% of their pay for taxes but did not actually report their employment to tax authorities.
Their lawsuit further alleged that the workers “never received any paystubs, were not paid on regular pay periods, were not given their required meal and rest breaks, were not provided a means to record all their hours, [and] were not paid all their hours.”
The L.A attorney, Frank Kim, who represented the plaintiffs, stated that his clients were not compensated for working overtime nor were they paid their wages when their employment was terminated.
Khloé Kardashian Joined The Domestic Workers Lawsuit League After Kim

Khloé was sued by one of her ex-household assistants in 2023 for unpaid wages. The plaintiff, identified as Matthew Manhard, alleged in his filing that the reality TV star fired him when he returned to work after some time off due to a knee injury.
Manhard claimed he worked for the mom of two from 2019 till 2022, during which she gave him too many tasks that limited his ability to take legally required breaks and did not pay him overtime wages despite working more than 12-hour days.
Khloé, however, strongly denied the allegations. As reported by US Weekly, her legal rep told news outlets that Manhard was properly compensated for his role, explaining that towards the end of his employment, he was on leave of absence for an extended period of time, and his role could not remain vacant.
“We will not tolerate false accusations and will prove that this is a frivolous lawsuit,” the spokesperson for the Good American founder said at the time.
The Kardashians’ Matriarch Faced Sexual Assault Claims From An Ex-Worker

While everyone was worried about their health during the COVID-19 pandemic, Kris Jenner had more on her plate than her medical battles. A former bodyguard of African American ethnicity, whose name remained undisclosed, sued the momager and her eldest daughter, Kourtney, for a hostile work environment, racial discrimination, gender discrimination, and sexual harassment.
The Blast covered the story, reporting that the bodyguard alleged that Kris “embarked on a pattern of conduct involving non-consensual physical contact with Plaintiff of an inappropriate and sexual nature,” since he started working for the family in May 2017.
He also claimed that the harassment was persistent and unwanted, citing that the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch would touch sensitive parts of his body without his approval or consent and also expose parts of her body in a “lewd and suggestive manner.”
The African American victim further alleged that after informing Kris that her advances were not welcomed and reporting the incidents to HR, he was unjustly suspended and later fired in September 2018. Kris denied all the accusations.
Ultimately, the case was dismissed without prejudice three years later after it was taken to arbitration, where both parties negotiated the allegations and case. Details of the settlement remain unrevealed, and there is no proof that money was paid to the alleged victim.
Are there more lawsuits to come for “The Kardashians” stars?
