Justin Timberlake Is Reportedly 'Not At All Happy' With Britney Spears' Memoir

Pop star Britney Spears shared a lot of details about her ex-boyfriend, Justin Timberlake, in her new memoir, “The Woman In Me.”

Although the relationship only lasted three years, the now 41-year-old's tell-all book was full of allegations of infidelity and even an unplanned pregnancy, which the "Cry Me A River" singer never alluded to in his own 2018 memoir. Although he has not made any public comments since the bombshell revelation dropped over a week ago, sources say that "The Social Network" actor is "not at all happy" with what Britney published in her memoir.

Britney Spears’ memoir “The Woman In Me” was finally released on Tuesday, October 24, but it seems that Justin Timberlake might not be too happy with what she had to say about him in her tell-all book. On Tuesday night, a source told the Daily Mail that Justin is “not at all happy” and has not reached out to his former flame to discuss any of the bombshell allegations that she made in her memoir.

“Justin has not reached out to Britney at all about any of this, and he is not going to because there is nothing he can say to her,” a source told the outlet, noting that although Britney is “just telling it from her point of view,” Justin is not “OK with it.”

“Justin is not at all happy about what has come out in this book,” the source claimed. “Doing this book has given Britney life, and she really doesn’t care who is offended by anything in it because it is what happened. She was there and lived through it. No one can say anything. She has got this all out of her and is moving on now.”

In an excerpt of “The Woman In Me,” released by People magazine, the "Toxic" singer opened up on the "agonizing" decision to terminate her pregnancy after the "Mirrors" crooner made it clear "that he didn't want to be a father" when the couple dated between 1999 to 2002.

“It was a surprise, but for me, it wasn’t a tragedy. I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated,” she wrote in her memoir. “But Justin definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young.”

“I don’t know if that was the right decision. If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it. And yet Justin was so sure that he didn’t want to be a father,” she continued, adding, “To this day, it’s one of the most agonizing things I have ever experienced in my life.”

On Friday, the "Girl In The Mirror" singer took to Instagram and X, formerly known as Twitter, to let her fans know that she has moved on and is looking for a "clean slate" following the release of her tell-all book.

“My book’s purpose was not to offend anyone by any means !!! That was me then …that is in the past !!!” she began. “I don’t like the headlines I am reading …that’s exactly why I quit the business 4 years ago !!! Most of the book is from 20 years ago … I have moved on and it’s a beautiful clean slate from here !!!”

“I am here to establish it that way for the rest of my entire life !!!” she continued. “Either way, that is the last of it and s— happens !! This is actually a book didn’t know needed to be written … although some might be offended, it has given me closure on all things for a better future !!!”

“Hopefully I can enlighten people who feel particularly alone in most cases or hurt or misunderstood !!! Again, my motive for this book was not to harp on my past experiences which is what the press is doing and it’s dumb and silly !!!” she concluded. “I have moved on since then !! #TheWomaninMe.”
