Britney Spears Puts Up Her Christmas Tree Amid Memoir Release

Pop star Britney Spears decided to put up her Christmas decorations... and it's not even Halloween yet!

The 41-year-old pop star is ready to officially release her memoir "The Woman In Me" next Tuesday, although some bombshell revelations from her tell-all book have already made headlines.

Christmas trees can invoke the warm and fuzzy feelings of the holidays, and it looks like that’s what the “Hold Me Closer” singer might have been trying to convey as she posed in front of the camera wearing a white dress. The dress featured ruffled sleeves, a favorite of the singer, while she wore her favorite brown pointed heels on her feet.

A large lit-up Christmas tree can be seen in the background, just beyond a wooden end table that has a jar of white roses sitting in a white vase. Britney set the music in this music video to “I Like It” by Cardi B, Bad Bunny, and J Balvin – the latter of which she ate sushi with in New York City last Wednesday night.

In the caption of this Instagram post, Britney claimed that she made this dress herself. “CLASSIC !!! It snapped in the back while I was shooting !!! I made this dress myself !!! No lie !!!” she wrote before adding, “But I’m not perfect ???? !!! Psss is it too early for a tree ???? ???”

Comments were disabled on this post, but it was liked by almost 84,000 people within eight hours of posting. She actually posted two videos of her posing in front of the camera. The second video, posted two hours later, was set to Indila’s “Love Story.” She wrote nothing in the caption of this Instagram post, which got only around 30,000 likes.

On Wednesday night, the "Toxic" singer took to Instagram to share a photograph of a key locked in a woman's chest. In the caption, she opened up on how it was "so hard" to not only write the book but to watch some of the most personal events of her life spill out into headlines for the world to see.

In the caption of this Instagram post, Britney wrote, "Been so busy lately and there are so many hard things to read in the news about my book !!! Writing the book was so hard ? !!! Then I woke up this morning and said it’s all relative nothing really matters at this point ??‍♀️ !!!"

"As long as Snow has her Noonie the world is a better place  ???!!! Psss swipe to see the killer dog ? !!! #TheWomanInMe," she added, referring to her dog Snow, whom she adopted a week after actor Sam Asgharifiled for divorce on August 16.

Fans who swipe to the second slide will get to see Britney holding Snow in her arms, cradling the small bundle of fluff as she licks Britney’s face. “She’s extremely tiny ?? !!! But she’s ferocious and she is the queen of the universe ????????????!!!!” she wrote in the caption of this Instagram post.

“Psss !!! Swap to see the day before she was groomed !!! She likes to get extremely dirty and play outside !!! She starts to hop like a bunny so I have to let her play !!!” she continued. “But her fur isn’t groomed here and she would be so mad at me if she knew I was posting this ???? !!! But who is to say dogs don’t have intelligent minds ???”

Comments on this Instagram post were disabled, but it did earn over 90,000 likes from fans who are hoping that she’ll post more photos and videos of her adorable puppy!
