Pop star Britney Spears now has two new tattoos that she wants her fans to see!
The 41-year-old pop star is on vacation in Mexico less than a month after 29-year-old actor Sam Asghari filed for divorce on August 16, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split in court documents obtained by The Blast.

The “Hold Me Closer” singer posted a lot on Saturday night. Her last Instagram post, which came early Sunday morning on the East Coast, showed a photo of two bodies pressed up against each other. The bodies are covered in colorful tattoos. Britney tagged @mariotestino for the shot and dropped three snake emojis in the caption.
However, some fans might not have realized that they could swipe on the photo to see Britney getting a tattoo on her ring finger. While she got inked in the sensitive area, the camera pans up to show a pink star tattoo on her arm. Britney did get a small pink tattoo on her arm at the start of the year, but it’s unclear if it was the same one.

In a since-deleted Instagram post taken from a hotel room in Maui in January 2023, Britney dances in front of the camera saying, “Tattoo time” repeatedly. After the tattoo artist says something, Britney replies, “One day, I’ll figure it out. Be nice.” As he works on her arm, Britney says, “It’s cool. Very cool.”
However, it looks like she immediately changed her mind about the tattoo. “Tattoo in Maui 3 days ago 😜😜😜 !!! Can’t show it because it sucks 😂😂😂 !!!” Britney wrote in the caption, adding, “Like really really sucks !!! Sh*t 🙈🙈🙈 !!!” she added. “Psss … I have to fix it 🙄🙄🙄 !!!”

Britney later took to her Instagram Stories to debunk a false rumor spreading around social media that the tattoo was connected to her ex, Justin Timberlake. “Just to clarify … my tattoo had nothing to do with an ex in the past !!! I simply did it because I wanted to !!! The pic with my ex is a time where there was less confusion on what it meant to be together … it is what it is !!!” she wrote at the time.

Around the same time, the “Toxic” singer posted, and then quickly deleted, a photo of her and the “Cry Me A River” singer wearing matching basketball jerseys. The former couple dated from 1999 until 2002. Justin has been married to “Playing For Keeps” actress Jessica Biel since 2012.
“When we used to shoot hoops TOGETHER … that’s when miracles happened!!!” Britney wrote in the caption. “I came out of my mom’s stomach just like we all did!!! Psss … why always cast me out ??? I’m equal as all!!!”

Britney later followed it up with a miniature breakfast table spread that included eggs, fruit, and pancakes.
