Chase Chrisley is over his broken engagement to Emmy Medders!

The reality TV star rose to fame as the oldest of Todd and Julie Chrisley's children, starring alongside his family on the USA Network series "Chrisley Knows Best." Outside entertainment, the 27-year-old makes a living as a businessman.

Last month, the entrepreneur announced his return to the single club following the end of his longtime relationship with the Medders. Now, the South Carolina native is opening up about the couple's separation and his plans for a new woman.

Chase Chrisley Says He Is 'Thankful' For The End of His Romance With Emmy Medders

When it comes to faith, the Chrisleys have always been big fans of God, no matter their situation. Given their devotion, it was unsurprising the scented candle business owner believed his recent split was the Almighty's doing.

“Everything happens for a reason. God’s got a plan. And I think God heard conversations that I didn’t hear,” the Chase Chrisley Collection founder told Extra. “He saw things I didn’t see and moved her on her way, and I could not be more thankful.”

Since he believes a higher power influenced his separation from Medders, the TV personality was not pining for his ex-fiancée. Instead, the 27-year-old confirmed his return to the mingling table, raving: “I am back dating, yeah. I’ve already been on dates. I’m ready to go!”

Chase and the Elegant Tans by Emmy founder broke up nine months after the duo announced their engagement in October 2022. The entertainer popped the big question a few months after the former lovebirds reconciled following their 2021 split.

Fans became concerned about the pair's romance after the media personalities cleansed their social media pages of each other's presence. The debates about the current status of the entertainers' relationship eventually caught the South Carolina native's attention.

The "Growing Up Chrisley" star addressed the matter on his Instagram Story on Tuesday, July 25. The entrepreneur confirmed the couple's split, writing: “Everybody has been asking a lot of questions regarding Emmy and myself. We both agreed to part ways and move on with our lives separately. Thank you for respecting our privacy.”

Just as he wiped Medders' existence from his social media page, the oldest of the Chrisley brood and his younger siblings unfollowed the internet personality. Their actions were surprising as the family seemingly had a close relationship with Medders.

Before the dissolution of their engagement, Chase's younger sister Savannah and his ex-fiancée sat down for a candid discussion about the former couple's relationship. On the “Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley” podcast episode, Medders reflected on her on-and-off romance with the South Carolina native.

According to the businesswoman, the then-lovers became intimate after meeting before the pandemic. Although they had chemistry, Medders confessed the pair struggled to achieve stability. “We started talking right before COVID hit. It was on and off, and then we were doing really well,” she explained.

“Then we did have one, like, major breakup where we didn’t talk for like — I want to say it was two months, but it was probably more like two weeks,” the blonde beauty revealed, adding that “it felt like two months” for her.

Chase Chrisley Seemingly Threw Shade At His Ex-fiancée With Cryptic Quotes

Before citing God as the reason for his separation from Medders, the reality TV star raised eyebrows with a series of concerning messages. Shortly after announcing the former lovebirds' breakup, the TV personality seemingly slammed his ex on his Instagram Stories.

The businessman shared cryptic messages about moving on, statements that appeared directed at the social media influencer. “You wanna fly, you got to give up the sh*t that weighs you down,” the first post read.

This powerful reminder about self-love was presumably Chase's way of addressing his split from Medders. The quote seemed to imply the 27-year-old was spreading his wings after letting go of his engagement.

The SOLO theme continued in the second post, another message about choosing one's happiness in a relationship. “The best thing I did was learn to stop fighting for someone who was okay with losing me,” the statement read.

Although the reality TV star did not tag his ex-fiancée in his posts, the timing was suspicious. Meanwhile, Medders remained silent on social media about the former couple's separation despite being unfollowed by Chase and his siblings.
