'Temptation Island' Reunion Proves Rob Lied To Vanessa Multiple Times!

Call it audacity, or maybe it's delusion. Whatever you call it, Rob lied multiple times right to Vanessa's face and his lies were revealed during the "Temptation Island" season 5 reunion.

And then to make matters worse, just before the reunion aired, Rob shared some Instagram Stories that contradicted the fact that he lied to his now ex-girlfriend.

During the final bonfire, Rob and Vanessa had a conversation about Desiree, specifically how far he had gone with her. Rob claimed to only kiss and sleep in the same bed as her, despite Vanessa giving him an opening to tell her exactly what happened. He failed to mention that he and Desiree slept together. But just as most lies follow you around until you come clean, this was no different.

During the reunion, Rob's big lie came to the surface - he had sex with Desiree. And Desiree was there to make sure the truth was revealed as she confirmed it.

By the time they filmed the reunion special that aired immediately after the finale on Wednesday night, Rob and Vanessa had already called it quits. After leaving the island together to restart their relationship, that many viewers have called toxic from the get-go, their bliss only lasted a few days, according to Rob.

Once off the island, Rob told Vanessa he wanted to reach out to Desiree because she deserves closure. Vanessa couldn't understand why that was so important, until the reunion where she found out that the two had sex during the final overnight date.

After seeing the clip of them in bed, Desiree confirmed that they did in fact have sex that night.

Vanessa stayed calm and collected during that revelation, and even said she now understands why he was so adamant about giving Desiree some closure after leaving the island.

The irony of this truth coming to the surface during the reunion is that just days prior to the reunion airing, Rob shared some Instagram Stories that probably shocked viewers after hearing the whole truth.

Rob did a Q&A on Instagram for fans and when one fan asked if he lied throughout his entire relationship with Vanessa, he shockingly responded, "I ain't lied since the 3rd grade."

He shared another Instagram Story that kept that same theme of his lie.

He also recently shared a carousel of photos on Instagram with a caption that Vanessa didn't like one bit.

"This internet shxt wicked, the hate gon keep flying, still the king of the jungle baby, ima always be lion ?," the caption reads. Vanessa dropped into the comments to say, "Boooooooooo ??????caption sucks."

Vanessa recently shared a carousel of photos on Instagram from the reunion captioned, "There is no real ending, it’s just the place where you stop the story…"

Many of her followers let her know they support her in the comment section.

"I loved watching you this season! You were my favorite! It’s admirable how strong/independent you are and stayed true to you. And then respecting your boundaries. You are an amazing woman!!!" one follower wrote.

Another added, "When the others thought sh** was gonna go off but you held it together ?."
