Is There Hope That Vanessa And Rob Leave 'Temptation Island' Together?

Throughout Rob and Vanessa's time on the "Temptation Island," it's been a back-and-forth battle of will they stay together or will they split? And now that the final bonfire has arrived, the question of whether they will be leaving the island together, alone or with a new partner is looming.

Is there a chance that Vanessa and Rob will try again with all the newfound knowledge they learned while apart and spending time with a new person? The final bonfire will tell all, but let's reexamine the past few weeks and the roller coaster ride this couple's been on with their feelings.

Both Rob and Vanessa entered their villas in the beginning of this experience with more baggage than most. They both had multiple complaints about how their relationship was going and things the other needed to work on.

While there were moments when viewers really thought that there was no hope for them leaving together, Rob made some recent statements to Desiree about the fact that he hasn't fully given up hope to reunite with Vanessa. And Vanessa has made many comments about loving Rob and hoping that they can move forward with their relationship. She was so serious about that that she never got intimate with Brice, or even shared a bed with him.

At one point during the season, Vanessa said she lowered her standards dating Rob, and Rob has been heard saying that he's been a lot happier without Vanessa in his life. So what's it going to take for these two to see eye-to-eye and want to pick up where they left off?

Viewers have had their share of things to say about the couple on social media. And while some viewers weren't too fond of Vanessa in the beginning, they've seen changes in her and have grown to like her more and more as the season went on.

Redditors have shared their thoughts on the season and Vanessa and Rob openly.

"Robert and Vanessa – This relationship let’s be gone was never going to last. I agree I didn’t know I was going to like Rob the most. He has shown growth. Vanessa does give off mean girl vibes, but it seem to me she gone through some hardships that have maybe forced her to be this way. I do not think they are a good match for each other. She talks down to him and he’s still has a lot of growth to experience," one person wrote.

Another person took the other side after seeing how Vanessa handled Kaitlin's sudden breakup.

"I felt like she was playing Momma bear. I didn’t think it was fake, like others did. I thought to myself… wow, what a great friend she’d be to have when going through something like that bc she empathized with Kaitlyn. Maybe she does have me fooled, but I thought it was sweet ??‍♀️. Plus, I’m sure she was ripping Hall to pieces behind the scenes and sometimes that’s what you need to have around you when you just got dumped… someone to annihilate him in order to make you feel better/laugh," the Redditor wrote.

A clip of tonight's episode was shared by TemptationTV on Instagram and many left their thoughts on what's going to happen for Rob and Vanessa.

"There's a pivot in my relationship where I find out whether Rob is fully committed or whether he is willing to just throw it all away," Vanessa said in the clip. "The breath completely leaves my lungs at the thought of him leaving with someone else."

Rob added, "My heart and my head are pulling me in two different ways because my head is telling me leave Vanessa, you know, she's toxic. Put that to the side, but my heart is telling me no, this is the woman you love, this is the woman you want to spend the rest of your life with. Going into this bonfire, what's most important to me right now, is seeing that change in Vanessa."

Rob dropped into the comment section to say, "Grab ya popcorn ? ?."
