New Chemical Cocktail Listed as Genuine 'Fountain Of Youth' For Age Reversal

Harvard researchers are revealing that they have uncovered the so-called secret to the fountain of youth in humans in the form of a chemical cocktail.

The fountain of youth magic pill is not ready just yet but the special mixture is known and it is currently in the process of being put into a pill. researcher David Sinclair shared the findings in the July issue of the medical journal Aging.

He also took to Twitter to announce the journal and what his findings entail.

“Grateful to share our latest publication: We’ve previously shown age reversal is possible using gene therapy to turn on embryonic genes. Now we show it’s possible with chemical cocktails, a step towards affordable whole-body rejuvenation 1/17.”

The 17 series tweet continued to elaborate on the process. It got the attention of Elon Musk who wanted more details as well.

“New approach to age reversal @elonmusk: Life is information. When corrupted, we age & die. Found a backup copy (cf Shannon). With genes & chemicals, we reboot the body. Works in monkeys to restore vision. Humans next,” he writes.

Sinclair is experiencing some hate as people attempt to debunk what he claims he has perfected. The doctor clapped back to a few responses and made it clear this was decades of work in the making.

“A reminder that we cannot reverse ageing. Cells can possibly be rejuvenated. But a cancer cell is an immortal cell, so much more research is needed to develop safe therapies. Biomarkers of age can be improved, eg with lifestyle, but being healthier does not mean age reversal,” wrote one follower.

Sinclair wrote back, “Respect @jpsenescence but disagree. Our team reprograms & rejuvenates tissues like the eye without them becoming cancerous. Saying age reversal can’t be done is like saying humans can’t fly, they merely get in metal tubes & leave the ground for 16 hours ?.”

While Sinclair has been working on this for some time now the last three years have been the most crucial. He tweeted, “For over three years, the team @harvardmed has worked long hours searching for molecules that, in combination, reverse cellular aging & rejuvenate senescent human cells ? C1-6 are the cocktails below vs age 2/17.”

He elaborated on how it all works. “To start, @JaeHyun_Yang @ChrisPetty314 and Thomas_dixon-McDougall who led the team developed high-throughput cell-based assays to distinguish young cells from old and senescent cells, including transcription-based aging clocks and a real-time nucleocytoplasmic compartmentalization (NCC) assay, that’s works super well 3/17.”

The scientist wrote, “The team identified six chemical cocktails (and more now) that restore NCC and genome-wide transcript profiles to youthful states and reverse transcriptomic age in less than a week 4/17.”

He shared that they found the secret in the Yamanaka gene that “can convert adult cells into induced pluripotent stem cells.” AKA the youth gene. He further explained.

“Our lab and collaborators including Bruce Ksander @MassEyeAndEar and @YuanchengLu have previously demonstrated that it is indeed possible to reverse cellular aging and restore youthful functions to tissues in vivo, without uncontrolled cell growth by virally-introducing a subset Yamanaka genes into cells, Oct4, Sox2 and Klf4. This appears to be remarkably safe in animals 7/17.”

According to the doctor, human trials start soon and he admitted to a follower who wants the injections, pills of whatever form it comes in ASAP that they are far from perfecting it, they are actively working it out.

“First human trials are slated to begin late next year if all goes well ?.”
