Kaley Cuoco's Ex-Husband Karl Cook Is Engaged One Year After Divorce!

Kaley Cuoco's ex-husband, Karl Cook, whom she separated from in 2021, has something romantic to celebrate with his partner Mackenzie Drazan.

Fans may recall that Cuoco and Cook were an item for about five years, beginning with their one-year dating affair in 2016 before they tied the knot in June 2018.

The actress' former spouse has no doubt moved on, as a year after their divorce, he found love again, and two years later, he is announcing their engagement in social media style!

Cook is a man in love and has no qualms about flaunting it to the world! The horseback rider recently surprised his Instagram followers with news of his engagement to Drazan using the sweetest photo.

He was all smiles in the snap, similar to his fiancée, who leaned her head on his shoulder, staring with love at him. Although the couple was undoubtedly a sight to see, Drazan's oval-shaped engagement ring was the center of attention as it sat perfectly on her finger, splayed on her man's chest.

In the accompanying caption, Cook expressed, "No jokes or witty comments, just deep happiness and love. I love you so much, @mackenziedrazan. I am so sorry you have chosen to spend a lot more time with me."

Many were all over the update in no time as they dropped lovely congratulatory comments. "Whoa, congrats, man, so happy for you guys," one fan wrote. Another exclaimed, "Congratulations!!! So happy and excited for you both! Huge hugs!!!" A third commenter gushed, "Awww, yay!!!! Congratulations to you both❤️❤️❤️."

Subsequently, another follower penned, "Yay! I'm so happy for you! ❤️?" while a fifth raved, "Congrats!! So happy you found your person!!!?" A sixth person then remarked, "Wonderful ❤️ Congratulations ????" Similar to Cook, Drazan shared a matching post, declaring her undying love and recounting her answer to his proposal.

"(YES!!! ^ ♾️)* ♾️ !!! @mrtankcook," she captioned the photo. "Still pinching myself! I love you forever! ?."

The overjoyed fiancé was reported to have hinted at his romance with Drazan via a September 25, 2022 post featuring snaps of them enjoying a trip at the Yosemite National Park.  Cook began his carousel with an image of the couple grinning with his arm wrapped around her shoulder. He also posted pictures of his woman walking up the mountain and videos of the duo reveling in the scenery.

Elaborating on their trip to Yosemite, the equestrian declared in the caption, "Two days, 20 miles, 6200 ft vertical, 9:19 hours hiking. Damn, we saw a lot @mackenziedrazan, one hell of a trip to Yosemite!"

Several months later, the lovebirds confirmed their romance in separate social media posts, with Cook sharing adorable shots, including a goofy one of him with a smiling Darzan wearing a flower crown.  

The professional equestrian's shocking engagement comes exactly a year after he and Cuoco finalized their divorce. According to legal documents obtained, the former couple who had an ironclad prenuptial agreement didn't owe each other spousal support. 

"The Parties each forever and irrevocably waive the right to seek or receive spousal support from the other. The Parties acknowledge and understand that such waiver of support is permanent and final," an excerpt of the document read.

In addition, the papers pointed out that the exes agreed that there would be no "community property income" and that all income earned by either of them during their marriage would be the "separate obligation of the party earning the income." 

Recall that Cuoco and Cook announced their separation in September 2021 after three years of marriage via a joint statement that read, "Despite a deep love and respect for one another, we have realized that our current paths have taken us in opposite directions."

Cook is certainly not the only one who has moved on, as Cuoco has also moved on with Tom Pelphrey, with whom she shares a daughter, Matilda.

Being a mother is a pretty big deal for the award-winning actress, but it wasn't what she expected for her future initially. The "Big Bang Theory" mentioned that having a child was not part of her plans; however changed when she met Pelphrey, who eventually made her obsessed with wanting to get pregnant.

"We both wanted it so badly, which was not what I thought my life would be," Cuoco explained. "I love my career and want to keep living my life. But Tom came along, and something changed." 

She added that they decided not to wait too long since they were old enough. Fortunately, they were blessed with a baby a few months after going public with their relationship.
