Kaley Cuoco and Karl Cook can wipe their hands clean of their three-year-marriage.

The Blast reported last week the couple had finalized their divorce, and now it’s become evident they won’t owe each other a dime.

In legal documents obtained by The Blast, neither Kaley or Karl will owe spousal support.

The documents state, “The Parties each forever and irrevocably waive the right to seek or receive spousal support from the other. The Parties acknowledge and understand that such waiver of support is permanent and final.”

The documents outlined that both Parties agree there’s no “community property income.”

“The Parties agree that there is no community property income, whether received, accrued or deferred, arising from their marriage. All income earned at any time by either party is the sole and separate property of that party and all liabilities related to that income, including tax liabilities, are the sole and separate obligation of the party earning the income,” the documents read.

On June 21st a “judgement was filed” in their divorce, which means the ‘Big Bang Theory’ actress officially settled her divorce.

Further details about their divorce were not laid out in the initial legal documents; however, it’s no secret both Cook and Cuoco are rich and famous in their own right.

They basically went into the marriage with a prenup of all prenups.

Both Kaley & Karl Are Both Handsomely Rich

Cook is represented by Kim Kardashian’s divorce attorney — Laura Wasser — who is one of the best lawyers in the world at settling complicated celebrity cases. In the past few years, Wasser has worked on Dr. Dre’s nasty breakup and Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s child custody battle.

As we previously reported, the famous couple entered into the marriage with an ironclad prenuptial agreement, that outlines most of the financial information needed to settle the case.

In most cases like this, each party will keep what they entered into the relationship with — and sell off any property that they purchased together. In the case of Kim K, she bought Kanye West out of the family home, so she could live in the house ongoing.

Keep in mind, Cook is the son of a billionaire entrepreneur and signed into the marriage wealthier than his famous girlfriend.

The ‘Flight Attendant’ star is “doing fine” since the couple’s shocking split, with a source telling People, “She has a big career and puts that first in her life. It’s basically a growing apart and each pursuing separate interests.” Adding, “She has a lot going on in her career now and loves her work, their relationship is just following different paths. A marriage doesn’t work if you rarely see the other one.”

The couple shares no children together, so child custody and support will not be an issue in this case. But, the former couple DOES own several animals together — along with an army of horses. We are guessing custody of the fur babies will be a part of their negotiations. It should be noted, each of them is a millionaire many times over, so spousal support is most likely off the table too.

Cuoco has moved on from her marriage with “Ozark” actor Tom Pelphrey.

Last month we reported on Cuoco and Pelphrey making their public debut as a couple.

As shared by PEOPLE, the lovebirds stepped out to support Greg Berlanti, the executive producer of HBO Max’s “The Flight Attendant” series, at a prestigious event.
