Ireland Baldwin Wishes Happy Father's Day To BF RAC But Not Alec Baldwin

Model Ireland Baldwin is the 27-year-old daughter of "30 Rock" actor Alec Baldwin and "Batman" actress Kim Basinger.

Just last month, she and her boyfriend, producer RAC, born André Allen Anjos, welcomed their first child: a daughter named Holland.

Although the 65-year-old actor and his wife, Hilaria Baldwin, shared videos of the actor bonding with his sons for Father's Day, neither made any mention of Ireland in their Instagram posts.

Likewise, Ireland did not make any mention of her father, sharing an Instagram carousel full of photos of RAC and her newborn baby.

In an Instagram post captioned “girl dad mcgee,” the aspiring screenwriter shared a few photos of her boyfriend posing with their new daughter, Holland. Ireland has been careful to keep her child’s face off of Instagram, making sure that the child is facing away from the camera or covering up her face with emojis. RAC himself commented on the post with three red heart emojis.

Aubree and Colt Clark of the Clark family said that they “especially love” the photo that featured RAC bent over his daughter at the hospital, holding onto her hand with just his one finger. “The depth of that new love mixed with the sense of responsibility is magical and overwhelming and like no other experience in life,” they wrote. “Happy First Father’s Day RAC!”

“Happy Father’s Day @rac ! Thx for sharing your sweet fam @irelandirelandireland and positivity here (I know social media can be a total cesspool of everything that’s wrong with the world) but I do enjoy the bright moments that others share. Sometimes it makes it a *little* worth it and babies are the best. So happy for y’all,” another follower shared.

“Thanks for sharing your beautiful family with us!!” another fan exclaimed. “Aww, so happy for you,” another follower wrote. A third fan joked, “*Alexa, play Daughter by Loudon Wanwright lll*” as her followers showered the post with messages of “Happy Father’s Day!”

RAC also took to Instagram to share a single snap that featured him sipping on a mug that has “World’s Greatest Dad” written across the side in black font. In the caption, he jokingly wrote, “First timer.”

“First time and you already got ‘world’s greatest’?” one of his friends teased. “HE HACKED THE SYSTEM,” Ireland wrote in all caps, prompting a response of, “I demand a recount!” Another follower teased, “World’s greatest right out of the gate.” A third fan wrote, “Certainly the coolest” while another follower added, “So happy for you both.”

Although fans were certainly happy for the couple, a few followers did point out that Ireland, specifically, did not create a Father's Day tribute for her father. It could be that Ireland chose not to dedicate an Instagram post to the actor, as he forgot to include her in a tribute to his own children earlier this year.

In early May, the "Supercell" actor posted a carousel on Instagram that featured the seven children that he shares with Hilaria: Carmen, Rafael, Leonardo, Romeo, Eduardo, Lucia, and Ilaria, who was just born on September 2022 and isn't even a year old yet!

“Seven reasons to carry on during some tough times,” he wrote in the caption. “I’m not gonna lie, without my family, I don’t know what my life would be.”

Fans were quick to notice that the 65-year-old actor was forgetting one of his children. “Don’t you have 8 children?” one user asked. “Don’t forget your first cute cub, Ireland!” another follower explained. “I’m sure your oldest is happy you left her out,” a third user chimed in.

He then took to Instagram a little later that night to share a black-and-white photo of Ireland that featured a close-up of her face. Considering it doesn't really reflect how she looks now, fans felt that the photo only added fuel to the fire.

“We forgot Billy Preston! This one, the first one, is about to make me a grandfather. Oy,” he wrote in the caption. Some fans didn't understand what Billy Preston had to do with anything. The keyboardist and singer has often been known as the "fifth Beatle," which in this case, means that Ireland often gets left out.

It must make things more than a bit awkward for Ireland, who just made her father a first-time grandfather last month!
