In the hit 2016 superhero movie "Deadpool," Baccarin, 43, played Vanessa, the love interest of the titular character portrayed by Ryan Reynolds. In the film, the two characters share a steamy sex scene, which has become one of the movie's most memorable moments.

However, according to the Daily Mail, Baccarin revealed that filming the scene was not as enjoyable as it may have looked on screen. The "Homeland" actress said, "It was enjoyable... minus the two days of sex scenes, it was wonderful, the whole experience."

According to the news outlet, she previously discussed what it took to film the racy scenes in 2017 during a chat with TV host Conan O'Brien.

The "6 Underground" star, 46, previously shared that he also had a hectic time filming a year's worth of sex scenes for the movie in barely a day.

At the time, Reynolds divulged that he and Baccarin had to film the whole thing in just a day, describing the results as "horrifying."

"It's not as titillating as it is, just funny and horrifying. It was a year's worth of sex in one day. Which sounds a lot more romantic than it is, trust me," he said.

The movie's plot revolves around Wade Wilson (Ryan Reynolds), a former Special Forces operative turned mercenary diagnosed with terminal cancer. In a desperate attempt to save his life, he undergoes a dangerous experimental treatment that leaves him with superhuman abilities but also horrifically disfigured.

Per Deadline, the "Serenity" star seemingly left much to be desired with her comments on her potential return in "Deadpool 3."

During an early April interview on the "Inside of You with Michael Rosenbaum" podcast, Baccarin was asked to share an update on "Deadpool 3" by the host.

She said, "Yeah, what is up with 'Deadpool 3'? That's an excellent question," she quipped. "I have to be very diplomatic about what I say here. I want to be in it. They have called me about being in it. Right now, we have not agreed on terms, and everybody's trying their best and doing their best. But it may or may not work out. I don't know."

According to the news outlet, Baccarin shared her doubts about returning for the movie after Rosenbaum said she was an "integral part" of it.

She said, "I'd like to think so. I think that this movie, since the acquisition of this Deadpool universe by Marvel/Disney, that merger that happened, I feel like they're trying to reinvent it a little bit. I think this movie will be much more about Wolverine and Deadpool."
