Morena Baccarin is saying enough is enough — she is tired of paying her ex-husband spousal support and she wants a judge to put an end to the payments ASAP.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the "Gotham" star (she'll always be Mrs. Brody from "Homeland" to us!) believes she's paid more than her fair share to her ex, Austin Chick.

For the first 22 months of their split, Baccarin was paying a whopping $20,349/month in support. That amount was amended down to $5,000/month beginning on June 1, 2017.

In the docs, Baccarin argues that she's been paying spousal support for 27 months when her marriage to Chick only lasted 43 months. She says Chick is "not actively seeking work" and continues to receive child support from Baccarin for their 4-year-old son Julius.

Baccarin argues, "[Chick] is able-bodied, well-educated, and an experienced writer, director and producer. [Chick] can support himself."

In other words ... she's saying it's time for Chick to use his skills to generate his own cash because his ex-wife is tired of supporting his lazy ass.

There is a hearing on the matter scheduled for December.

Baccarin and Chick split in 2015 and she immediately went on to date her "Gotham" co-star, Ben McKenzie. The two married earlier this year and have a daughter together, 1-year-old Frances.
