The father of three enjoys spending time with his little boy and would find any reason, even if it means backing down in a fight. The occasion occurred last year when Anstead claimed that their 3-year-old son was unsafe under his mother's care and filed for full legal custody.

Hall did not take it lightly, and the two engaged in a lengthy and intense legal battle, leaving their fans on edge, waiting to see who would emerge as the winner. However, the two decided to put their differences aside and co-parent their little boy in harmony.

The picture showed the TV personality holding his son, both grinning from ear to ear. With this, it might be confirmed that seeing the huge smile on his little boy's face was enough to make him let go of the bitter fight.

In 2020, after ending their three-year marriage, the duo agreed to co-parent their son Hudson equally. However, things took a turn when the TV host filed for full custody, causing a stir in their previously amicable co-parenting arrangement.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the Superior Court of California, presided over by Judge Lee Gabriel, had approved the earlier agreement reached by the former couple.

It allowed for the estranged pair to maintain joint legal and physical custody of their three-year-old, which they had agreed to when their divorce was finalized in 2021.

As per the papers, the holiday schedule for their son was included with a few exceptions and was filed by Hall's lawyer. It stated that for Thanksgiving, Hudson would spend even-numbered years with his mother and odd-numbered years with his father. This would be from the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to the following Monday.

Christmas would be with Anstead on odd years from December 23rd to 25th, plus a week of vacation during his school break. The agreement stipulated that Hall should be provided a written note for the planned vacation on or before December 1st of the year and vice versa.

In addition, the same pattern of alternating custody would be applied to other holidays, such as Easter Sunday, with Anstead having Hudson on even years and Hall on odd years and then switching for the 4th of July. As for Halloween, the "Celebrity IOU: Joyride" star would have their son on even-numbered years, and she would have him on odd-numbered years.

Because of their change of heart, the trial dates, set for March 2023, were canceled.
