The warring ex-couple, Christina Hall And Ant Anstead are finally agreeing on something!

Since April this year, they have been engaged in an embittered custody battle, and it seemed like it would continue into the new year as each side refused to give way for the other. Recently, it looks like all that has changed, as it has been revealed that they have come to a new agreement, and the case will no longer go to trial.

When the duo divorced after three years together in 2020, they signed on to share equal custody of their son, which worked out nicely for both of them until the TV host decided to cause a stir by filing for full ownership.

According to obtained court documents, the Superior Court of California, Judge Lee Gabriel, signed off on the ex-couple's agreement made on November 18 to continue to have joint legal and physical custody of their three-year-old. This agreement was the original one they signed when their divorce was finalized in 2021.

The documents filed by Hall's lawyer contained a holiday schedule approved by the pair with a few "exceptions." It read — For Thanksgiving, Hudson will be with his mother for even-numbered years and with his dad on odd-numbered years from Wednesday before Thanksgiving to the following Monday.

For Christmas, he would stay with Anstead on odd years — 23rd to 25th — plus a week of vacation during his school break as long as Hall was provided a written note for the planned vacation on or before December 1 of the year and vice versa.

The same pattern would be applied to the other holidays like Easter Sunday — even years for Anstead and odd years for the reality TV star — and then switch for the 4th of July. The document also read that Hudson would stay the "Wheelers or Dealers" star on even-numbered years and with Christina on odd-numbered years for Halloween.

Due to their settlement, the trial dates set for next year in March were canceled. While both camps have refrained from saying anything about the recent development, Anstead's change of heart might have had something to do with when he recently shut the lid on some claims made against him.

In May, The Blast shared that the 43-year-old responded to a comment under a picture he posted. While spending time with his children on a trip to England, the "For the Love of Cars" co-host cheered his older children Amelie, 17, and son Archie, 15, as they played sports.

He captioned the slew of images and videos, "Quick dash to Blighty. Picked up by my mum, Archo game of cricket yesterday, Ammo game of rugby today, and some beautiful British weather. Time for Sunday roast ?x."

One user appealed to him not to "take Hudson away from his Mum. You will never forgive yourself, Ant," to which the motor specialist responded, "Huh? Who told you that? That's the LAST thing I want! (Don't believe the clickbait press) x.”

The mother-of-three is tired of the assumptions about her social media posts and decided to set the record straight for the last time. She vehemently defended herself via a "Public Service Announcement" on her Instagram, stating that she would only address the topic one last time because of the confusion concerning her son's photos on her page.

Hall admitted that she was never told by anyone, including a judge, that she could not post her baby boy, adding, "I CHOSE and Choose not to post Hudson because I was exhausted over Instagram being used as a tool against me."

The "Flip Or Flop" co-star stated clearly that the problem or her decision had nothing to do with paid adverts, writing, "This is about CONTROL. There are many things I was no longer ok with. Instagram was being used as a tool against me to judge the kind of mom I was, and I was sick of it."

The Anaheim native shared that she stopped after noticing that every picture she posted of her child was turned into a screenshot to be dissected. She brought her rant to a close by asking the "know-it-alls" to return to his page.
