Actor Sam Asghari would love to star in a movie with his wife Britney Spears!
The Iranian actor, 29, has been sharing several videos showing off the stunt training for his new movie, while the 41-year-old pop star released her first song in six years, "Hold Me Closer" with Sir Elton John last summer.
Even though it looks like Britney has no plans to make a career comeback any time soon, the former personal trainer revealed that he would love the pop star to appear in a movie alongside him!
Sam Asghari Wants To Star In An Action Comedy... With Wife Britney Spears!
On Thursday afternoon, TMZ caught up with Sam Asghari at LAX just as he was getting back home from filming his new project. When asked if he would love to star in a movie with his wife, Sam said that he thought they would be perfect to star in an action comedy together.
Considering how much Britney loves to dance, Sam thinks that she would be a perfect fit for an action comedy instead of a romantic comedy that fans might expect from them. Sam even ventured that he and Britney could do their own stunts and team up during intense action fight scenes.
Although the "Hot Seat" actor mentioned that Britney is excited about visiting him on his film set, right now, he is back in Los Angeles taking a break from filming. Only three days ago, he revealed that filming had started on his new project and told fans to "stay tuned" for more details.
Sam Asghari Has His Name On His Own Director's Chair
Only three days ago, Sam took to Instagram to share a photo of him showing off his very own director's chair. In the caption, he wrote, "First day filming. But for which project? Stayed tuned. ?? I’ve always wanted my own dedicated director's chair with my name on it. ?."
Although Britney has since disabled comments on her Instagram posts, Sam had his comments turned on. That being said, most were Britney fans wondering how she is and accusing him of running her account. That being said, there were several fans that offered their support.

My fingers are crossed for a comedy. The couple of shows I’ve seen you in have been comedic roles and you were pretty funny,” another follower chimed in.
