Britney Spears Dances In A Strapless See-Through Dress

Singer Britney Spears put quite a display on her Instagram page on Sunday night!

The 41-year-old pop star shared a video that featured her dancing in a strapless sheer dress that featured see-through accents.

In her latest Instagram post, set to her song, "The Hook Up," it looked like the "Hold Me Closer" singer wanted to put on a sexy display as she danced in a sheer dress.

As she moved her body in time to the music, she grabbed her chest with both hands and did rolls with her body. She then started teasing her skirt, pulling it up in front as she gave fans a look at her profile.

Her long blonde hair was tied back out of her face as she danced, although she accessorized her look with her now usual heavy eye makeup. She also ditched her favorite brown heels for a pair of black open-toe heels. In the caption, Britney wrote, “Had to try it with this dress on 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ !!!”

There were no comments on her latest Instagram post, as she turned them off at the start of the year. It seems doubtful that the "Toxic" singer will turn them back on, as it appears she's frustrated with the comments that some users have left on her dancing videos.

In a since-deleted Twitter thread, the “Overprotected” singer addressed the reason why she shut down her Instagram account for several days at the end of January.

“I shut down my Instagram because there were too many people saying I looked like an idiot dancing and that I looked crazy,” Britney wrote at the time. “Honestly I was doing my best but it disturbed me to see people freely talk about it on TV … yep it hurt my feelings.”

Several fans grew concerned after Britney closed down her account and called local law enforcement to do a welfare check, even though the pop star has shut down her account several times in the past. In a Twitter post, Britney revealed that, yes, the police did show up at her house due to “prank phone calls” but did not answer her home.

“As everyone knows the police were called to my home based on some prank phone calls. I love and adore my fans but this time things went a little too far and my privacy was invaded,” Britney wrote. “The police never entered my home and when they came to my gate they quickly realized there was no issue and left immediately.”

“This felt like I was being gaslit and bullied once the incident made it to the news and being portrayed once again in a poor and unfair light by the media,” she continued. “During this time in my life, I truly hope the public and my fans who I care so much about can respect my privacy moving forward.”

However, that has not stopped the "Oops!...I Did It Again" singer from posting dancing videos. On March 1, she posted a video that featured her dancing around in the gym.

On March 1, the "Slumber Party" singer posted another dancing video that she later deleted. In this minute-long video, Britney twirls around barefoot in the gym in an orange tank top that she has pulled up to reveal her abs. She is wearing white shorts that she has rolled down low around her hips.

She plays with her hair and spins around before she lets down her hair. Her outfit then changes into black shorts and a black crop top that says “LOVE” across the front. As Britney continues to dance, the video cuts again to reveal the same top with gray shorts.

It's not clear if these clips were all edited together in one video, but Britney admitted in the caption that it was not a new video.

In the caption, Britney wrote, “Ok the bun on my head was falling off ⭐️⭐️⭐️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ !!! I realized after I recorded this !!! Oh well !!! Stay healthy folks !!!
