'Riverdale' Actress Madelaine Petsch Brings The Sparkle For The Holidays

Madelaine Petsch rose to fame thanks to her role as Cheryl Blossom on the CW show "Riverdale."

The 28-year-old is getting ready for the holiday season by trying on a number of different outfits, each complete with sparkles.

Madelaine Petsch posted a reel to Instagram of her trying on various outfits for the holiday season. The first that the "Riverdale" actress had on consisted of a beige skirt and matching crop top with a gold lining design throughout. To complete the look, Petsch grabbed a matching blazer which made the outfit a bit more professional -- perfect for a work Christmas party.

The second outfit consisted of a gold sequined dress with a similar gold lining design, again, complete with a sequined blazer jacket.

The third, Petsch changed up the color and went with a bold purple dress, which had sequins all over and had puffy feather-lined sleeves. The actress was shining bright she grabbed purple sequined platform heels to complete the look.

Fans did not hold back in the comments section, voting for which outfit they loved on Petsch the most.

"You + purple = ???," one user wrote as another commented, "Omg THE PURPLE????? ?."

A third chimed in, "How is it possible to look that good in every outfit ??."

"Madeleine you are beautiful <33 ???," another fan commented.

Petsch's co-stars from "Riverdale" Lili Reinhart and Camila Mendes also left comments on the post writing "Wow you’re hot" and "wait this is so cute."

As "Riverdale" is now coming to an end, Madelaine Petsch spoke out on her role, Cheryl Blossom, and how she is able to get in and out of that character -- and how that has taught her on how to better herself for future projects.

“Cheryl speaks incredibly quickly and I find when Riverdale’s over, I have to snap myself out of that," she told Collider. "So that would probably be something that needs to be left in the dust. And things that I'm looking forward to exploring? Kind of everything. I have definitely gotten to dive into a lot of other projects and I’m so thankful and happy and love them all."

Petsch is starring in the new holiday film, "Hotel for the Holidays," which she also spoke out about. "I just did Hotel for the Holidays and I think doing a comedy and a lighthearted piece was so fun," she continued. "I really would love to do more comedy and get to have fun on set [laughs], and not just be crying and running away from monsters and serial killers all the time.”

The seventh and final season of “Riverdale” is expected to air in 2023 on CW. Seasons one through six are currently streaming on Netflix.
