Singer Britney Spears shut down her Instagram account again after going on a posting spree for her 41st birthday on Friday, December 2.
Although the “Oops!…I Did It Again” singer said that she was sick with the flu on her birthday, one user claimed that she went to Nobu with her husband, Sam Asghari, on Friday and “snatched” a baby away from a family to smother it with kisses.
However, fans are calling B.S. on the video, claiming that it’s an old or photoshopped photo of Britney and someone is just trying to stir up drama to get their fifteen minutes of fame.
Britney Spears Dubbed A ‘Psycho Hillbilly’ After Allegedly Snatching A Baby At Nobu

In one TikTok, a Britney Spears fan named Ashlynn posted a deleted video of a woman accusing Britney of snatching a baby at Nobu. “Now that I think about how she talked about Britney, and how Sam really looks funny just posed in the background, I’m coming to believe this is fake and this is all to divert our attention somewhere else.”
In the original video, a user named yagrlkarina claimed that her best friend told her the story that her best friend’s cousin and his wife and their newborn went to Nobu. They claimed that a “hillbilly blonde woman” came up to them and “snatches” the baby away from them. They claimed that Britney was “kissing the baby” fawning over it. They called Britney a “psycho hillbilly woman” and then proceeded to share some “screenshots” of Britney holding the baby.
Fans Aren’t Buying This Story, Calling It ‘Lies and Fairy Tales’

The video was only up for 8 hours and then it was deleted. Fans quickly doubted the validity of the original video, with one fan writing, “Any story that involves ‘my best friend’s cousin’ = lies and fairy tales.” Another user pointed out that the child in the photo is not a “newborn” and looks to be a few years older. They added, “I think these photos are real but old.”
One user alleged, “The restaurant said Britney didn’t turn up someone came to get a takeout for her” but it’s not clear where this information came from. Other users felt sure that someone else would have had photos or videos of Britney at Nobu if she really did go there for her birthday.
It’s ok for a restaurant to say if a celebrity has eaten there or not it’s not the same as disclosing a medical record or some sort. Please as if ndas was handed out to everyone there before she arrive. That’s way too much even for Britney.

One user tweeted, “Like NOBU is going to tell on the phone if @BritneySpears has eaten there that night? IDK about the privacy rules in the states but in Europe a restaurant gets fined big time for blabbing about that. I also think celebs wouldn’t come anymore, it’s a privacy thing.”
“This is correct, a restaurant, or any establishment can’t give out private details like that. It’s not safe,” another user commented. “Whether Britney was a celebrity or not that’s not info a company would allow an employee to divulge to some random.”
“It’s ok for a restaurant to say if a celebrity has eaten there or not it’s not the same as disclosing a medical record or some sort,” another user chimed in. “Please as if ndas was handed out to everyone there before she arrive. That’s way too much even for Britney.”
Where Did Britney’s Instagram Go?

Fans who wanted to debunk the video quickly rushed over to her Instagram page to try to find proof to discredit the viral video. However, they were met with a page that read “Sorry, this page isn’t available. The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed. Go back to Instagram.”
On Friday night, the “Hold Me Closer” singer went on a posting spree where she posted some more topless photos and seemed to forgive her sister, Jamie Lynn Spears. In one unflattering photo, Britney is wearing a black-and-white checkered jacket as she makes a face.

In the caption, Britney asked her followers, “Why do I look EXACTLY like Jessica Simpson ??? Also my face looks so pale 🤧🤧🤧🤔🤔🤔 !!!”
“You should be posting cake, gifts, birthday wishes, dinner, & nice pics of you, etc.,” one fan commented. “I guess this is what Britney does to have fun on her birthday now,” another follower chimed in. Several other users speculated that she had been hacked and it wasn’t really her posting.
Fans aren’t sure where Britney is now or what she is up to, but they hope to get some answers soon!
