Rodney took to Instagram earlier this week and posted various photos from his time on the "Bachelor in Paradise" reunion taping, which took place on November 4.
Along with the photos, he addressed the split between him and Eliza.
"This season was a roller coaster for me," he began writing on Instagram. "First and foremost I have to give a special shoutout to my cast, who were some of the best people I’ve ever met in my life. We now share this crazy bond and have become a family."
He continued, "Watching and reliving this has been difficult for multiple reasons. Moving forward, I never want to let anything or anybody take the life out of me or deplete my energy."
Despite how the season went, Rodney has no regret. "As crazy as it was, I have no regrets.," he concluded.

“Bachelor In Paradise” star, Kate Gallivan, is under fire for comments she made during this week’s episode and after showing interest in Hayden Markowitz because of his financial situation, leading her to question her relationship with Logan Palmer because of his money.
At one point in the show, Kate was speaking to another contestant, Shanae, about her position, even going as far as saying, “I know that you literally can’t afford to work out at Equinox. Like I have a trainer, Shanae,” she said in regards to Logan.
The comment has sparked quite the conversation amongst Bachelor Nation, and now, Kate is facing backlash.
Speaking with Entertainment Tonight, the reality television star is addressing the backlash. “Can we just be real for a second? I am tired of having that conversation being so taboo and demonized,” Kate said. “Money’s not something that we should be afraid of. It is a factor in life.”
Additionally, to get some alone time, Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon were invited to this season of “Bachelor In Paradise,” which received some backlash from fans.
The fans of the show claimed the couple was “boring as hell” after they received the second most amount of screen time on one of the episodes.
“Bachelor Nation wants more of us … not,” Ashley said while on air of her “The Ben & Ashley I Almost Famous” podcast. “We got a lot of backlash — or we didn’t really get a lot of backlash but a lot of you out there did not want to see a married couple on the beach.”
Jared also opened up regarding the backlash they have received, saying it makes him sad. “I think we thought when we both went down to Paradise that we were just gonna go down and we’d be one of the former couples that always goes down and we’re there for a little while, we’re not going to get much screen time, it was more for us and then we had the opportunity to hang out and go on a date," he said.
"Even when we were still down there, I think you and I both were under the impression that we’re not gonna get shown that much," Jared continued.
“Bachelor In Paradise” airs on ABC every Monday and Tuesday. It is available to stream on Hulu the next day.
