'Teen Mom' Star Amber Portwood's Ex Rubs Custody Win In Her Face!

It’s been a rough week for “Teen Mom” star Amber Portwood.
However, it’s been a great week for her ex-boyfriend Andrew Glennon.
The Blast recently reported on Amber’s custody battle and subsequent loss with Glennon.
Amber Portwood Loses Custody Of Second Child
After a three-year battle in court, an Indiana judge decided in favor of Glennon having sole legal and primary custody of the four-year-old son, James.
Glennon is reportedly moving from Indiana to California after the legal win.
James is Amber’s second child. She shares Leah Shirley with her ex-Gary Shirley, who was featured on “16 & Pregnant,” “Teen Mom” and “Teen Mom OG.”
Gary has full custody of Leah (13) due to Amber’s past arrests. She is allowed visitation with Leah.

In a new report from E! News, Glennon is over the moon happy about his legal victory and has no qualms with rubbing it in Amber’s face.
He told the outlet, “We endured the nightmare. Now we get to live the dream.”
Part of the custody deal is that Glennon must “seek out and consider the mother's opinion before making any major decisions relating to the child's medical treatment, education and religion."
All hope for having a relationship with her son is not lost for Amber.
She’s been granted overnights with James that will be allowed every month, and her allotted time with her son will alternate between California and Indiana.
Amber Has Been Granted Overnights With James Every Month
Just to give you some perspective, Indiana is a minimum of 1,809 miles away from California, and about a three-hour plane ride. Driving would be about 32-hours and 2,229.6 miles.
This kind of travel is a lot for a little child to endure every month.
After her custody loss, Amber issued a statement explaining how hard she worked to “better myself and improve my relationships with my children.”
"While I've always been candid about my past substance abuse and struggles with mental illness, a person should have the chance to redeem themselves and not be tethered to their problems from the past," she told E! News. "If your road has not been perfect, but you've worked hard to become a better, more stable and caring person today, keep moving forward as I will."
Amber Vows To Keep Fighting For Her Kids
Amber concluded, “I’ll never stop fighting for my children who I love more than anything.
Last year, the reality TV star took another major hit from Glennon who accused her of using drugs while pregnant with their son.
Glennon claimed in court documents that Amber was using during her pregnancy.
According to the court documents obtained by The US Sun, Glennon alleges that Portwood has a “history of substance abuse, even while pregnant with and subsequently caring for the minor child herein.”
The ‘Teen Mom’ star vehemently denied the claims. Amber said she “has not used any substance, except for prescription medication taken within the therapeutic limits,” according to her court response.
A source told Page Six, “Amber has nothing to hide, and this yet another attempt by Andrew to paint her in a negative light.”
Glennon & Portwood have a rough history together. The TV star was granted a restraining against her ex-boyfriend in 2021. The two were fighting over the custody of their son.
