As for spousal support, the ex-couple agrees that Anderson will pay a monthly amount to his ex-wife connected to his current income. But, the parties agree that they will need to work with a specialist to decide the property amount to be paid. "The parties acknowledge and agree that their respective cash flows have not yet been determined, and at this point, there is no way to determine if the amount of spousal support should be $1 or substantially more," the filing reads.

Sadly, the 'Black-ish' star opened up about his love for his wife and meeting her at a party back in December. "My sophomore year, her freshman year, I knew a girl who lived in the apartment, so I went to knock on the door to invite her to this party that I and my buddies were having. My wife answered the door. I was like, 'I was coming to invite Stacey to this party we're having.' Stacey didn't show up, but my wife did – and we have been together ever since that night," he told Parade Magazine.

Adding, "And I was just me: I got there early, she didn't see nobody else, she was, 'All right, I'm gonna rock out with this dude! We got married on our 10-year anniversary. She's quiet, I'm loud. Opposites attract."

As we said, the couple's home will hit the market at the end of the month.
