Sweeney wrote that she "did a thing" in her caption by transforming her hair to a trimmed strawberry-colored style with a fringe.

While appearing at the Film Independent Spirit Awards, she let her hair down and rocked a pretty ash-colored decorated dress.

Many fans were excited about her new look and reacted to how good the color looked on her. Among them was fellow co-star Maude Apatow who acted as her sister 'Lexi' in "Euphoria."

A fan also gushed about how gorgeous Sweeney looked while others remarked on how much they loved the new hair.

Her hair does not seem to be the only change in her life, as she was previously rumored to have gotten engaged to her beau Jonathan Davino who she has been dating since 2018.

The "Everything Sucks!" Star Shares Her Preparation Procedures For Every Landed Role

In January, The Blast reported Sweeny's disclosure of how she prepared for her roles in different films, including "The Ward" and "Euphoria."

When she was to star in "The Ward," she wanted to gain access into the character's mind as she knew how important it was to get into the role.

The character had to be emotional, and she believed getting locked in a dark room would give her the right emotions. So, she convinced her parents to lock her in a basement for several days.

At the time, Sweeney was not much older than twelve, and her parents thought it was a strange request; however, they trusted her.

Even with her years of experience, it still took work to model into a different character from her real self.

In preparation for "Euphoria," the performer told Story+Rain via an interview about the unique procedure she went through to get into the character. Sweeney revealed:

"I create books to build the characters that I play. I create an interactive timeline, journal, diary of their entire lives from the day they were born to the script’s first page."

She continued, "I spend a couple of dollars at Michael's! I buy a book, and I decorate everything and write tons of stuff down. There are sections to each book. There's the timeline for her whole life, a section for her relationships, her memories, what her world looks like."

The star actress further stated that there was also a section for the beginning of every script. She believed a character in a scene was living, and she had sections for whatever happens in every scene.

For the HBO series, Sweeney had the entire summer to make her book as she mentioned that she starts her preparation whenever she lands a role.

Sydney Sweeney Gets Criticized For Nude Displays In "Euphoria"

Starring as 'Cassie' in "Euphoria" required several nude appearances and sex scenes involving Sweeney, which caused lots of criticism from viewers as they called her a slut.

The Blast recounted that the actress did not seem bothered by the nudity as she had already gone through the script before accepting the role.

She had an interview with Independent where she mentioned she felt safe defending herself concerning the role's nudity.

"The White Lotus" star also credited Sam Levinson, the production's writer and director. She called him a good listener who never forced her to strip when she did not want to.

Critics believed as a teenage high-school character, Sweeney displayed too much nudity for such a young character.
