Pregnant Bre Tiesi Shows Off INTENSE Workout During Last Trimester!

The Instagram model, 30, showed off her impressive physical prowess as she shared her workout session on Sunday. See it below.

Tiesi's routine included lunges, deadlift, and other high-intensity exercises. She went to Phlexx Lab, a gym located in Hollywood, California, and was trained by Mario Guevara, who has clients like Nicole Williams, Karrueche Tran, and Shanina Shaik.

The influencer flaunted her growing baby bump on full display in a plunging brown sports bra and black skintight leggings. She matched them with a pair of black trainers.

"Always gettin it! ???✨???" Tiesi wrote in the caption.

She also shared that she's "in my last trimester," and while she's "def more tired," Tiesi feels "so amazing during and after" her workout.

She also noted that her routine was "All pregnancy safe."

Several of her 502,000 followers showered the hard-working mama with praise to show her some love.

"Girllll last trimester where?!?! That hard work is paying off!!!" one commented.

"Just watching this video made me tired. I walked up the stairs and needed a nap," singer Niykee Heaton added.

A third commenter noted that Tiesi doesn't look like she's in her last months of pregnancy as her baby bump looked small, writing, "❤️❤️❤️ this is how I looked at 4 months ? get it!! You look amazing!"

Last week, Tiesi showed off her changing body in an all-black lingerie set. Her bra boasted thin straps and padded cups that showcased an ample amount of cleavage. The panties, meanwhile, featured high leg cuts and a thong design.

It was just announced last month that Tiesi and Nick Cannon, 41, were expecting a son together. While the child will be the model's firstborn, he will be the TV host's 8th offspring.

Cannon has two kids with ex Mariah Carey, twins Moroccan and Monroe, 10. He’s also a father to Golden “Sagon,” 4, and Powerful Queen, 13 months with Brittany Bell; twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir, 7 months, with Abby De La Rosa; and Zen, 5 months, who died in December after a battle with brain cancer, with Alyssa Scott.

On January 31, Tiesi shared a video of her gender reveal party, which was held in Malibu.

"My son ???✨?" she wrote in the caption. "Been keeping you safe in my belly from this world as long as I could.. you are surrounded by so much love. Mommy and daddy can’t wait to meet you ??"

Cannon was present at the party, who was dressed in an all-white ensemble matching Tiesi. After the announcement, the "Wild 'N Out" host was never seen on Tiesi's social media account again, even on Valentine's Day. Instead, he released his new single, "Alone," which was an ode to his ex-wife.

Cannon shared his thoughts on having his 8th child on his eponymous talk show.

When he knew about the pregnancy, he said he "didn’t know what to do" and that he was trying to “get a grasp” on his life.

"I felt like I was out of control," he added.

Cannon abstained from sex for a short time, saying, "celibacy did help me through the journey of getting one with myself and being able to deal with this."

Tiesi appeared to have responded to Cannon by saying she "wished for" her baby boy in an Instagram post, adding her picture cradling her bump.

“May you always know, little one, that you were wished for, longed for, and will forever be loved my son,” she wrote.

Tiesi also expressed her frustration over a media outlet for ruining her pregnancy moment, as reported by The Blast.

"Given the recent announcement regarding my pregnancy, I would like to address a few things," she began. "From the day I found out I was pregnant, I was over the moon excited and filled with joy. I am still incredibly excited and eager to be a mommy."

She explained, "I purposefully kept my pregnancy private for various personal reasons, and am horrified that this precious moment was exploited and plastered all over TMZ," adding, "This was not how I’d hope to share this news especially given that I’ve been able to protect this news for almost my entire pregnancy."
