The entertainment industry remains in mourning following the shocking passing of Bob Saget. However, his “Full House” co-stars have been hit the hardest with the devastating news.
Many of them have taken to social media to remember the loving actor and pay tribute to his legacy.
Dave Coulier’s ‘Heart Is Broken’ By Bob Saget’s Death
Dave Coulier took to Twitter shortly after the news of Saget’s demise broke and wrote, “My heart is broken. I love you, Bob. Your forever brother, Dave.” Coulier then took to Instagram to share a tear-jerking photo of him and the late actor.
Coulier and Saget were seen on a red carpet, heartily holding hands. Their fingers were interlocked, showing the tight bond they shared. In the accompanying caption, Coulier wrote, “I’ll never let go, brother. Love you.”
The pair starred in the hit sitcom “Full House.” Saget played the unforgettable role of patriarch Danny Tanner, and Coulier was his childhood best friend, Joey Gladstone.
The on-screen BFFs had a dynamic yet undeniable bond reflected in how they handled taking care of the three girls, and that connection transcended into real life between the actors. Coulier and Saget reprised their roles in the Netflix reboot, “Fuller House,” and their chemistry remained untouchable.
A ‘Full House’ Tribute To A Remarkable TV Daddy
Coulier’s tribute joins that of other “Full House” stars who expressed their immense pain at Saget’s sudden passing. John Stamos, who had a close relationship with the late star and starred as his irresponsible brother-in-law Jesse Katsopolis, took to social media to speak on his passing.
Stamos brought tears to fans’ eyes with a statement that read, “I am broken. I am gutted. I am in complete and utter shock. I will never ever have another friend like him. I love you so much Bobby.”
Famous twin sisters Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen heartily remembered their television dad. The girls played Michelle Tanner, Saget’s character’s youngest daughter, and had a soft spot for their TV dad years after the show ended.
In a statement, they described Saget as “the most loving, compassionate and generous man.” They expressed their sadness at the news but found comfort in” that he will continue to be by our side to guide us as gracefully as he always has.”
Candace Cameron-Bure, who starred as the oldest Tanner daughter, also reacted to the devastating news on social media admitting she was speechless and calling Saget “one of the best humans beings I’ve ever known in my life.”
