This Is How Britney Spears Is Preparing To End Her 13-Year Conservatorship

Britney Spearsis preparing for the end of her 13-year conservatorship, and what better way than to sport a "FreeBritney" shirt, and pay homage to those who have continued to fight the battle.

The 'Toxic' singer appeared on her fianceSam Asghari'sInstagram, wearing a white shirt with the bold letters "#FREEBRITNEY." In the video, Spears is spinning around inside of her home, and posing in different locations with her man. Of course, Sam is sporting the black version of the same t-shirt, which appears to be made for this occasion.

In case you were living under a rock, Britney is facing a judge in her conservatorship case today, with the possible ending of it on the agenda.

As we've reported, it's not a done deal, and Britney might have to agree to a psychological evaluation to completely be released from the case. In this case, as in most, the conservatorship was first put in place after doctors believed she couldn't take care of herself and her own finances. The judge must decide if she is well enough to be in charge of her own life, and some believe she might want a sign-off from Britney's doctors.

Today, Britney's attorney and possibly the pop princess herself will attempt to convince the judge that she is fully capable to run her own life. So, how is she going to do that?! She is coming armed with proof she is ready for it -- along with proof systems are in place to help her succeed.

The good news is that Britney Spears already has a great financial support system in place after her new lawyer was able to lobby the court in having a new advisor put in place. Plus, she has a new fiance, who is able to assist in other aspects of her life. Obviously, if you have followed this case, it is important that Britney's father -- Jamie Spears -- is out of the picture. Many believe it was him who pushed the agenda of having her under the conservatorship for this long in the first place.

"Loading...," Sam captioned the "FreeBritney" video, and as you can imagine, the pop star's fans are flooding the IG page to wish her good luck in today's hearing. "My heart is with you tomorrow," one person wrote. Another added, "We are all in this together."

"Love u guys!! All about this shirt ?? Thank you for being strong and using your voice to bring attn to this broken system. You speaking up is leading to significant, tangible change which will help protect those who do not have the same resources/support system," a fan said.

It should be noted, the judge in Britney's case is starting to feel for the pop star, especially after she unloaded on the court for the "abuses" she believed were going on in her life. For instance, many were shocked by the allegation that Spears was forced into birth control, and told she could not get married.

Following the hearing, it appeared the judge could get behind the notion of dropping the conservatorship. Again, the important thing to note is that Britney says she DOES NOT want another mental evaluation to determine if she is capable of running her own life. But, will the judge agree?!
