As Britney Spears is enjoying her newfound freedom, she’s not forgetting to thank those who were behind her through her conservatorship struggle.
On the historical day that Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook were down, Britney took to Twitter to thank the esteemed #FreeBritney movement.
This is the first time the singer has directly addressed her conservatorship, and she had nothing but overwhelming love for her fans. Alongside a video of her donning a white outfit and moving to Kanye West’s “Fade,” Britney wrote:
#FreeBritney movement … I have no words … because of you guys and your constant resilience in freeing me from my conservatorship … my life is now in that direction !!!!!
The singer confessed she cried last night for two hours because her fans are the best and she knows it. In a follow-up tweet, she declared that she felt their hearts and was confident they also felt hers.
The #FreeBritney movement undoubtedly played a pivotal role in getting the Princess of Pop the much-needed victory over her father Jamie Spears and the conservatorship.
Finally Free!
Britney’s appreciation tweet comes about five days after her dad Jamie was officially removed from the conservatorship during an explosive court hearing in a Los Angeles County Court.
As The Blast previously reported, the judge suspended Jamie after the singer’s legal team accused him of abuse and invading his daughter’s privacy via heinous and malicious acts.
Although the conservatorship is yet to be officially ended, Jamie’s suspension was indeed the victory needed as we all know that the “Toxic” crooner has been controlled by him for more than 13 years. The judge even declared Jamie’s dismissal was in the singer’s best interest.
Following the favorable hearing, the songstress celebrated the victory by blessing fans with a sizzling nude picture where she bared it for all to see.

In the carousel of photos showing her birthday suit, Britney covered her sensitive areas with flower emojis while her fiancé, Sam Asghari, cheered her on in the comments, writing #freethenipple.
The 39-year-old also updated fans about a tropical getaway with her man, flew a plane for the first time, and is reportedly working on buying a home with Asghari. She is clearly living the life that was stolen from her!
No Performance
While Britney’s freedom excited fans about the prospect of returning to the stage to perform, multiple sources state that she has no plans to perform on stage and might be done with the music industry for good.
Given the stressful conditions that the conservatorship put her in, it is understandable why she doesn’t want to work anytime soon. Nevertheless, fans are keeping their fingers crossed.
