‘Bachelorette’ star Jef has filed a restraining order in L.A., asking for Robby to stay away from him and the residence, where they once both allegedly lived together.

Jef appeared on season 8 of ‘The Bachelorette’ in 2012, winning and walking away engaged to Emily Maynard (it didn't work out). Robby Hayes appeared in season 12.

Robby ended up at a party at Holm's house while he was in L.A. filming for Nick Viall’s ‘Women Tell All’ special. Jef eventually offered him a spot in his Venice Beach home.

“Robert used to live at my house but does not now. He continues to enter the premises & harass me & I do not feel safe around him. He threatens me and still hasn’t stopped to this day," Jef claims.
