Tamar Braxton's divorce from estranged husband Vince Herbert is back on after the singer finally served him with the legal papers.
On September 11, Braxton filed court docs in her divorce showing "proof of service." The singer says Vince got the papers earlier this month, meaning any hope for reconciliation is pretty much over.
The “All the Way Home” singer filed for divorce from Herbert back in October 2017 after nine years of marriage.
Tamar Braxton had been warned last month by the L.A. County court that her divorce was at risk of being dismissed over inactivity. The court told Tamar that she needed to show proof that Herbert had been served if she wanted to acquire a default judgment.
As we’ve reported, the sister of Toni Braxton has had major financial issues while going through the split with Herbert. She is also angling for primary custody of their 4-year-old son, Logan.
