Kristoff St. John's Estate Sued Over Unpaid AMEX Bill

The estate for Kristoff St. John is facing a lawsuit that claims the soap star died owing American Express some money.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the American Express National Bank filed a creditor's claim against the estate last week, a little more than two months after his passing.

The claim states that AMEX believes they are owed $33,007.31.

St. John's estate is in flux after his daughter Paris filed documents in March claiming he died without a will and requesting she be named the administrator.

Less than a week later, St. John's father filed surprised documents claiming St. John did have a handwritten will that named the father as executor of the estate.

Paris responded the next day, saying the handwritten will was never meant to be seen and should not be considered valid.
