Dixie Chicks star Natalie Maines' estranged husband pulled in $400,000 last year and is still making good money from the cult show "Heroes," despite the fact it's been off the air for nearly 10 years.

Adrian Pasdar filed an income and expense declaration in their nasty divorce battle as part of his attempt to try and convince a judge he deserves the $60,000 a month in spousal support he is seeking from Maines.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Pasdar listed his estimated income for the year 2018 was $423,931.03, which included $5,000 for Comic-Con and $30,000 for Indonesia Con. His biggest source of income ($243‚500) was for something called Rag Tag but it's unclear exactly what that is.

In his motion seeking support, Pasdar claims Natalie Maines is extremely wealthy, allegedly making around $2 million a year. Pasdar claims Maines has a net worth of $50 million with $2.6 million in liquid assets and property valued at $4.5 million.

Pasdar believes she will make millions more this year when she goes on tour with her solo album. He claims that during their marriage, Maines paid for everything including mortgage, expenses, a vacation home and bills for the kids.

Meanwhile, Pasdar says he usually paid for meals at restaurants and other small expenses for the kids’ extracurricular activities.

He also moved out of the $12 million Brentwood mansion they shared while married and moved to a $7,000 a month rental in Venice, CA.

Natalie Maines and Adrian Pasdar signed a prenuptial agreement before their marriage in 2000, but Pasdar has been challenging the validity of the deal.

Pasdar’s attorneys say they are willing to divide up the former couple’s assets pursuant to the terms in the prenup but he now believes not receiving spousal support is “unconscionable,” even though he agreed to the deal.

Meanwhile, Maines has accused Pasdar of trying to drag out the divorce and force her to spend a ton of money and time. She says her estranged husband is clearly on a "transparent attempt to secure an unfair litigation advantage by wearing Natalie down and dragging this case out."

Maines claims he won't turn over documents and has refused to sign a stipulation confirming the validity of their prenup.

The star believes the divorce can be resolved quickly once the prenup situation is handled.
