On last night’s episode of “Real Housewives of Orange County”, Kelly and Vicki Gunvalson went at it while on vacation in Florida.

The two were acting cordial until Kelly found out something about Vicki. She was told Vicki was communicating with a woman who claims Kelly assaulted her in a bar. Kelly lost it on Vicki calling her a con woman and accusing her of fraud. Vicki decided to respond by screaming “cocaine Kelly.”

The episode is what sparked Vicki’s recent lawsuit against Kelly and producers. She accused them of defamation by allowing Kelly’s statements to air. The comments she took issue with included, “You prey on older people”; “You are a con woman” and “you engaged in fraud.”

The suit read, “These statements themselves are express false statements of fact, and they falsely state a knowledge of negative facts about Plaintiff’s work capabilities, ethics, integrity, and professionalism.”

It continued, “By intentionally, recklessly and with actual malice publishing that portion of the episode in question which contains this known falsehood and disseminating it to the general public as fact through the medium of television and to an audience who would have no question that the falsehoods concerns the Plaintiff, Defendants will damage the Plaintiff’s reputation in an amount that cannot be quantified.”

Vicki said Dodd knew her statements were “untrue”. The accusations are from a separate ongoing lawsuit accusing Gunvalson of fraud.
