“Real Housewives of Orange County” star Vicki Gunvalson has dismissed her legal battle against costar Kelly Dodd and Bravo.

According to Radar Online, the reality star has dropped her massive lawsuit only days after filing it.

Sources told the outlet, Gunvalson had her lawyers move to end the case. The reality star had only filed her suit days prior.

In her lawsuit, Gunvalson, using “Jane Rose”, sued Dodd and Bravo Network. She accused the defendants of defamation, libel, false light and interference with prospective economic business.

Gunvalson took issue with several statements Dodd made on “RHOC”. Gunvalson pointed to Dodd talking about her commenting “You prey on older people”; “You are a con woman” and you engaged in “fraud.”

The reality star said Dodd was aware those allegations are “untrue” when she said them. The accusations are from an ongoing lawsuit accusing Gunvalson of fraud.

The suit claimed Gunvalson fired off a letter to producers back in October. She demanded they not air the footage of Dodd claiming it would hurt her reputation, business and livelihood.

The lawsuit added, “In the last 31 years of her profession, Plaintiff has never been sued, is on the National Ethics Bureau with a clean records, has not had any complaints with the Department of Insurance and has an A+ raring with the Better Business Bureau.”

Further, “By intentionally, recklessly and with actual malice publishing that portion of the episode in question which contains this known falsehood and disseminating it to the general public as fact through the medium of television and to an audience who would have no question that the falsehoods concerns the Plaintiff, Defendants will damage the Plaintiff’s reputation in an amount that cannot be quantified.”

The reality star was suing for unspecified damages for her mental and emotional distress along with lost profits, compensation and loss to her reputation.

The reality star was also seeking an injunction against Bravo from showing the footage in the future. The judge denied her temporary request but allowed the case to move forward.

She said in court documents the footage would have a “long-lasting ripple effect on Plaintiff’s career as a whole.”

Gunvalson was trashed by fans after they learned about her lawsuit. One wrote, “No drama but you show your hypocrisy by suing Kelly when you have done the same thing?” and another said, “@vgunvalson was sued by an 82 year old woman, yet recently on an interview she said that she's never been sued #lies . and she is suing @RHOC_KellyDodd ? she should expect a counter suit.”

Dodd was unbothered after being sued and kept living her best life.
