Mariah Carey's new memoir is coming out, and Eminem -- also known as Marshall Mathers -- has some concerns about what may be revealed in the book.

A source spoke to Us Weekly on Eminem's trepidation with the book.

According to the source, Carey says some not-so-very-nice things about him in the memoir, but at the same time, he is apparently looking forward to the conflict -- almost.

The source states: “Eminem’s Achilles heel has always been Mariah Carey. They had a very toxic relationship. He knows that Mariah is going to say very negative things about him. He is expecting the onslaught, and almost welcomes it.”

It sounds like their sexual past together is going to get extra scrutiny, and that doesn't sit so well with him.

“Marshall is stressed out that Mariah is going to say s–t that he was bad in bed or a selfish lover because he has always been very insecure about that. She knows that," says the source.

Eminem references his romance with Carey on his 2002 album, The Eminem Show, specifically with the songs "Superman" and "When the Music Stops."

Back then, Eminem talked to Rolling Stone, saying he basically didn't like Carey.

“I don’t want to say anything disrespectful because I respect her as a singer, but on the whole personal level, I’m not really feeling it. I just don’t like her as a person."

“I gotta be honest; I learned a lesson from it: Don’t’ believe the hype. I have respect for her, but she doesn’t really have it all together. I’ll just say that and that she’s a beautiful woman.”

And Carey, though she denied they had a relationship, has also dragged out some dirty laundry on her music, including her song "Clown."

Seven years after that, Eminem continued to slam her and Nick Cannon, her husband at the time, on the song “Bagpipes From Bagdad." Six months after that, she came back with the song "Obsessed." Her video for the song also apparently featured a character that looked much like Marshall Mathers.

Their public feud has continued up until last year, when Eminem again called out Cannon.

On Fat Joe's song "Lord Above," off his album Family Ties, the rapper said Cannon was "whipped" by Carey, and he called her a "nut job."

"Almost got my caboose kicked, fool, quit, you not gon’ do s—t/I let her chop my balls off, too ‘fore I lost to you, Nick," he raps in the song.

It's clear that the animosity between the two has not cooled one bit, so maybe Eminem has good reason to sweat a little over this memoir.
