“Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” star Moniece Slaughter was granted a long term restraining order against a former roommate.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a Los Angeles judge extended Slaughter’s temporary restraining order to three-years against her ex-roommate, Sterling Coleman.
Coleman will now be forced to remain at least 100 yards away from the reality star until April 1, 2022. Slaughter was so passionate about following through with the order that she appeared in person and testified against the man. She also played a video allegedly featuring a nasty argument between the two.
The judge in the case felt a long term order was warranted and signed off. Slaughter was also given sole possession of a Great Dane named Otis that Coleman allegedly tried to claim ownership of.
As we reported, the "LHH" star filed the court documents against Coleman earlier this year, requesting protection for herself and her 9-year-old son, Kamron.
Slaughter claimed the man was harassing her and became "extremely confrontational." For his part, Coleman has accused Slaughter of assault and even filed a restraining order against the star.
His order was temporarily granted while the court decided who needed to be kept away from whom, but Slaughter has proven she feels greatly threatened or the judge would not have extended her a permanent order.
Looks like it's time to hit the classifieds for a new roommate.
