Tobias Cannon sued JB alleging he was assaulted by the pop star after a dispute over sunglasses.

According to the suit, after Game 3 of the 2016 NBA Finals, Bieber aggressively snatched $500 Versace sunglasses off of Cannon's face.

Cannon alleged while the two men were standing outside the Westin Hotel in Cleveland, JB became belligerent and grabbed the glasses off of his face. Cannons claims he took a picture of Bieber wearing them, and the singer became very upset and demanded the photo be deleted.

In the lawsuit, Cannon then says Justin grabbed him by the shirt and began punching him repeatedly. He says that while subduing Bieber he was punched by a member of Justin's security team.

At the time, he sued claiming he had suffered mental and emotional injuries due to the fight.

Cannon filed a police report following the fight and claimed he suffered a concussion during the melee.

The Blast obtained video of the incident which was recorded by hotel security cameras, and it is clear Bieber punches Cannon. It is at this point, he claims Justin hurled the n-word.

This isn't the first time Bieber has been embroiled in racial controversy. When he was 14 years old he filmed a video switching the lyrics for "One Less Lonely Girl" with the "N-word." It surfaced online years later.

At the time, Justin's manager Scooter Braun called the allegations "completely false" and said the lawsuit was simply a money grab.

"It is disgusting to me to see this man lie and try to bring race into a situation to scare us into a payment again. He never said these things before because they never happened. This is a smear tactic to get money and it’s gross," said Braun.

He continued, "Justin Bieber has done a lot of stupid things in his past but what he has also done is apologize and own those mistakes. This most recent claim against him is completely false and a fabrication from a man who tried to push for money for the last several years.

Scooter went as far as to say, "This man should be ashamed of himself. Real racism exists.. but it doesn’t apply here. Just horrible."

Our sources say Cannon considered also suing Scooter after JB's manager tweeted the responses.

This case has dragged on for several years, as we reported, both sides argued over JB taking a deposition.

The settlement documents do not mention a specific financial amount. But, we're told the agreement was made after the case was moving closer to trial.
