Cardi B says the only way to be for certain she will not catch the Coronavirus is to move her family to Antarctica, and her explanation as to why and how she will pull it off is classic!
The rapper posted a video on Instagram, where she goes on a mini rank in her bathrobe, about the problems with the pandemic. First, she explains she was going to move to the islands but realized the virus had already reached the area.
So, she decides on the icy continent, knowing it is the only place on earth not affected at this point. The video is great and listening to Cardi explain it…is even better!
“I’ll make sure I say Hi to Santa Claus for yaaaa .B* s just hit the fan!” she captioned the video.
Of course, she is joking, but in the middle of her rant she squirts alcohol sanitizer onto her hands and rubs them together…plus, Cardi B and her husband Offset are RICH RICH so I guess you never know!
Fans agree with her concern and took to the comments to encourage the decision, “Tom Hanks has Corona Virus now. If Forrest Gump can get it anyone can!” one fan wrote.
Another added, “Get them under nails sis! And scrub em good ?? stay safe bella”
One of the rappers fans even posted, “I swear to God I was going to do a video like this earlier with hand sanitizer bleach & alcohol rubbing on me like lotion I love Cardi Too real.”
Interestingly, Cardi has a point after public health officials warned that the spread of the coronavirus is now classified as a ‘global pandemic,’ and has spread to six of the world’s seven continents. But, it has not reached Antarctica.
So, if she goes now…she is GOOD To Go!
As we reported, Tom Hanks announced earlier today that he and his wife Rita Wilson have BOTH tested positive for the Coronavirus and are quarantined in Austrailia.
“Hello, folks. Rita and I are down here in Australia. We felt a bit tired, like we had colds, and some body aches. Rita had some chills that came and went. Slight fevers too. To play things right, as is needed in the world right now, we were tested for the Coronavirus, and were found to be positive,” the actor wrote.
He continued, “Well, now. What to do next? The Medical Officials have protocols that must be followed. We Hanks’ will be tested, observed, and isolated for as long as public health and safety requires. Not much more to it than a one-day-at-a-time approach, no? We’ll keep the world posted and updated.”
Let’s just hope she is overreacting…juuuust a bit!
