Beth Chapman has been fighting throat cancer and was recently hospitalized and put in a medically-induced coma.
It was reported over the weekend that Dog The Bounty Hunter star Beth Chapman was placed in a medically induced coma.
According to TMZ, Chapman was severely agitated when she was brought to the Honolulu hospital. She was in pain and needed oxygen and assistance breathing, but she kept trying to pull out the tubes that the doctors inserted to provide medication and fluids.
It was so difficult to care for her in that state that she was sedated and eventually placed in a medically induced coma so she could be properly cared for.
Chapman’s daughter Bonnie asked fans to continue praying for her mother and said that they were “praying for a miracle.”
Chapman’s throat cancer went into remission in 2017 before returning again in 2018. It is reported that she has stopped her chemotherapy.
